Pros:

Quelle déception! Comment peut-il avoir 5 étoiles? Passé le hall de l'entrée et une fois sortis de l'ascenseur, on entre dans le passé. De longues coursives, fades, tristes, on se croirait presque dans le film Shining (j'exagère à peine). Dans la chambre, le bruit de l'ascenseur est omniprésent (je pense qu'une dizaine de chambres au moins est concernée par le problème), pas de peignoir, pas de pantoufles, 1 seule lampe de chevet, la moquette tachée, la baie vitrée qui ne jointe pas). 5 étoiles tout de même. Heureusement, ce n'est vraiment pas cher (130€ environ, un prix si bas pour un 5 étoiles que nous aurions peut être du nous méfier, mais c'est un Sheraton!)

Cons:

Tout! Il faut absolument qu'il ferme pour tout refaire et améliorer.

Es el único hotel donde hago fila en el counter por más de 40 minutos y ya van 2 veces que voy y pasa esto, su linea telefonica de habitación no funciona porque quise pedir la llamada que me despertaba y no respondian, y cuando quise pedir comida a la habitación, su pagina web no me dejaba terminar la orden y tuve que bajar, pedi factura por la reserva, me enviaron boleta, y tuve que pedir por internet esta corrección, tambien esto me paso la primera vez que fui

Hôtel fidèle aux standards de la chaîne
Pros:

A 10 mn à pied du centre historique, l'hôtel représente la meilleure option qualitative pour le centre de Lima. Le personnel est très agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.

Cons:

Malgré le double vitrage, les bruits incessants de la circulation sont audibles. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus dans les options proposées par Booking
