Carpete do quarto é antigo e sujo, com cheiro ruim.
Banheiro antigo, com cortinas de plástico velhas no chuveiro.
Três dos quatro elevadores estão desativados, o que resulta em muita demora para subir e descer.
Oferecem apenas uma chave por quarto; como o elevador só funciona com chave, a dinâmica de movimentação dos hóspedes é reduzida.
