Great service, food could improve.
Pros:

Nice location, rooms are a little outdated. Had breakfast buffet, some bread was hard as a rock, same with waffles, not worthy. Lunch and dinner were good but a little salty, I could swear they gave me the same hard bread from breakfast. On the other hand, the service was excellent, from the girl at the front desk, the lady at the front of the restaurant and the servers, great, great service.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights so far, i came to dinner with family 2 of those nights. Our server Hector the best! He checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, refilled our drinks, bussed our plates, remembered my drink order from the night before and overall was very welcoming and kind. Definitely makes me want to come back! Food was great and service was excellent!

Hotel mit guter Lage, aber veraltet im Stil der 80 ziger Jahre
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des in die Zeit gekommenen Hotels besticht. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet alles, was der Gast als kontinentales Frühstück erwarten kann.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist tatsächlich nicht mit der Zeit gegangen und bedarf einer gründlichen Renovierung, da es veraltet ist. In unserem Zimmer lief das Wasser in der Badewanne noch in der Toilette ab. Selbst nach Kontakt mit der Rezeption wurde das Problem nicht gelöst.
Da wir nur eine Macht blieben, war es uns dann tatsächlich egal.

Pros:

Localização e atendimento. Perto de tudo no centro histórico. É fácil de ir caminhando aos principais pontos históricos. Tem um shopping com mercado ao lado, restaurantes, lojas de roupas. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Café da manhã excelente.
