Otel güzel olmasına rağmen, yaşadığımız olumsuzluklar sebebiyle bir daha tercih etmeyeceğiz.
Pros:

Konumu iyiydi, Gamla Stan'a çok yakın.

Cons:

9 yaşındaki oğlumla aynı yatakta kalmak zorunda kaldık, çünkü çocuklara yatak için extra para alıyorlar. Resepsiyonda uzun süre check out için beklemek zorunda kaldık, doğru düzgün ingilizce konuşamayan birine denk geldik.

Very nice Sheraton hotel, well located, next to the central station and the old town. Renovated and clean rooms and friendly team.

Ok Hotell men till ett överpris då vi inte fick de vi blev lovade
Pros:

Det var rent och fräscht.

Cons:

Det saknades 1 uppsättning av handdukar, vi fick 3 st när vi var 4 i familjen.
Sa till om det 2 gånger i receptionen innan vi fick en till.
Det hela upprepas när dom städar dagen efter också.
Det stod att vi skulle få balkong, och det fick vi inte.
Sen har dom en juicebar med sallader, juice, Smothie mm och den skulle vara öppen 7-19, men stängde tidigare varje dag, och även hotellets piccolo står och ljuger mig i ansiktet och säger att ”He felt a little sick”.

The concierge was extremely helpful with holding our bags after checking out while we went to a museum. The room attendant was very kind and professional when cleaning our room

Cons:

Having our rooms at least on the same floor would have been nice.
