Breakfast should be better organised
Pros:

We spent a weekend in Stockholm in a room with a beatiful view on the Malaren lake. I cannot complain on a room, which was well equiped, clean and spacious. I was also able to check-in at 2 p.m. (free of charge) and check-out late at 4 p.m. (for a fee), which suited perfectly to my travel plans.
However, I have to complain about breakfast which was very chaotic, crowdy and not well organised. It is a pity, especially thaking into account that food offered during breakfast was quite good.

Now just another Marriott: expensive and anonymous
Pros:

Sadly, the Sheraton has become just another generic Marriott. The hotel works for business travellers or an American clientele, far less so for European guests. I paid over €500 a night for a room overlooking an internal courtyard. The rooms are identical across every Marriott and utterly anonymous — nothing gives them character or any connection to the city you're in.

The lounge was a disappointment too. During the day the food is minimal and poor quality (breakfast leftovers and little else); at aperitivo time there isn't much choice and what there is didn't appeal. There should always be at least one hot dish and a vegetarian option. Breakfast in the lounge is dreadful — a meagre selection of what's already on the buffet. Breakfast outside the lounge is chaotic, with long queues and mediocre food: you'd expect fresh baked goods at this level, but they're frozen. Very expensive for very little.

Perfect location
Pros:

A perfect location a few minutes walk from many attractions and the old town. Service was very good, although the Club Lounge was a bit functional and had no windows. Would return.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación, pero lo suficientemente lejos para no estar en todo su ajetreo. Puedes ir caminando a los mayores lugares de interés y la zona es tranquila. La habitación contaba con una cama amplísima, y era muy cómoda.

Cons:

El único problema fue el primer día con el desayuno, había demasiada gente y pocas mesas, el resto de los días estuvo bien.

O hotel é 5 estrelas e bem localização

Cons:

Da estadia anterior nesse hotel luxuoso para a última estadia foi um choque. O hotel estava lotado e sem pessoal para atendimento. Ficamos mais de uma hora para o check in e na hora do café da manhã tínhamos que ficar procurando entre as mesas um lugar. Quando conseguimos não havia talheres disponíveis. Demorou 30 minutos para conseguirmos talheres limpos para tomarmos o café da manhã, em meio a um tumulto e uma correria e itens faltando. Era o retrato do caos ao invés de ser uma forma agradável de começar o dia. A variedade do café que era excepcional também decaiu muito. Foi decepcionante!
