Kaldığımız oda şık ve rahattı

Cons:

Kahvaltıda sıra beklemeyi. 2 kişilik odaya tek kişilik buklet malze koyulmasını hatta terlik hiç koyulmamasını. En önemlisi kilitleyip gittiğim kasa döndüğümde açıktı içinden bir şey alınmamıştı ama şifreyi kırıp kasayı açmaları kabul edilemez

Perfect overnight stay close to everything
Pros:

Location was easy coming from Stockholm C train station. Easy walk to the old town and all amenities. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful, great people working in the hotel.

It was a comme çi comme ça stay which is not acceptable for this range hotel
Cons:

Breakfast system... There was a guy who took his responsibility extremely and unnecessarily serious so each time 5-6 people were waiting in the queue to have breakfast

He was asking the room number of the guest, checking his list, acting very slow and then personally was leading every single guest to the breakfast hall and showing them where to sit. This was causing the other guests wait for him to arrive and repeat the same procedures which was causing a line of minimum 5-6 people waiting for 5 minutes

Ridiculous. Just let everybody to sit at a table they chose like it is in every hotel. So simple

Location was good but writing down that they provide AC in the room and to book and arrive there to find out they don’t

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente: al lado de T Central y a un paso de Gamla Stan.
La habitación era muy grande con una cama en la que pudimos dormir dos adultos y una niña.
Encontramos una oferta en el último momento que hizo que la calidad- precio fuera muy buena para ser Estocolmo.
