Lynette was absolutely amazing and helped us so much throughout our 3 night stay. She gave us useful tips and was super welcoming the whole time we were here. We’ll definitely be staying here next time we come to Chicago and I hope to see her here next time as well :)

I had back to back reservations and was given a room (3108) where the TV didn't work. They sent up a maintenance person who couldn't fix it and I had to pack up and go back down to get a new room (3408). The same person at the front desk assured me that she changed the reservation so that the key would continue to work for the next three nights. Of course it didn't so I went back down again
The man at the front desk told me I was in room 3108 and I was confused. He showed me my room number on his computer which he must have thought proved it and didn't buy my story about the room being changed. Since my luggage was in 3408, which I couldn't access, I had to escalate and wait. The supervisor lectured me that it doesn't work that way as I'd have to check out and then back in again. I explained I didn't work at the hotel and merely relied upon what I was told.
While not nearly as bad, no shampoo in the container and one of the four nights they forgot to make my room. I was told Darnell was the manager who would call me and, of course, that did not happen. I think the sign saying the guest should be 100% satisfied or talk to our staff is the opposite of the the truth.
We had a really good stay and a great time with Lynette
Hotel room was fine and staff was great. Elevators were terrible. Waited 20 minutes for elevator with luggage and finally staff let us use service elevator. Tried using stairs from 16th floor but stairwell was filthy dirty as was the service elevator.
The hotel is tired, the AC system doesn’t work, the 3 elevators are insufficient for the number of rooms, and No one on staff cares.
In addition they don’t tell the truth when trying to remedy the situation.
DO NOT STAY AT YHIS HOTEL.
Spacious room, liked the bed, city view.
Just another hotel, the lift (4 or 5 in total) took a while in the morning when all guest wanted to check out.
Ms. Lynette was so welcoming, friendly and attentive to all our needs. She greeted us every time she saw us and asked if we needed anything and even recommended places to visit. Being a tourist and the first time visiting the city I loved having her help.
Lynette was amazing & made our hotel experience so much better. She greeted us with a smile & asked how things were going every time we saw her. She had great suggestions for places to go around the city. Lynette treated us like friends instead of guests & we’re so thankful to have met her on our trip!

The pool was closed very high price for the room to look so old
i booked for a room 5 months before, got her had to pay 2100 more and got the wrong room and basically couldn’t get my original room and barely could get a refund for the room i didn’t stay in
