The location it’s incredible and near to everything

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location for proximity to NW Memorial. Did not even have to leave the building to get Chipotle's for dinner.

Cons:

The breakfast area was hard to find. So was ice machine (on different floor.)

Great overall!
Pros:

Stayed with my partner for a conference and the amenities were great, the hotel was very comfortable and the valet were extremely nice and efficient. The hotel breakfast was very complete and the service was really nice. We had a busy week so the valet efficiency was extremely appreciated, their quickness made everything run a lot smoother. Gio and Carlos were always attentive and kind. Cannot wait to be back.

Great location and great stay
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and hot with a good selection (both hot and cold choices). Bed was comfortable, and there was good water pressure in the shower (I was on the 38th floor).

Cons:

I was right near the elevator, and I could hear it going up and down. However, I did not hear people, and my room was priced well, and it did not affect my ability to sleep.

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. But the property really have an issue with the elevators. Stayed here for 6 days and I have to walk downstairs for 3 of the days because it won't stop on my floor.

Daymion H was great in breakfast service, he was there every day and gave everyone a warm greeting and anticipated their needs.

The location is perfect to walk to the central plans. The valet parking (excellent service), breakfast server (Excellent service). Everything was awesome and the language was not a problem for me and my family. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. ♥

Recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

I loved the lobby greeter (I cannot remember her name, but she was amazing). She made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

Upgraded heating and air would be ideal as the system is outdated. I woke up to a very cold room, but did not make any adjustments to the temperature. Aside from the other guests' noise, my stay was fairly satisfactory.
