Great stay - awesome people!
Pros:

The property and restaurants were very nice. Alisha, a server at the hotel’s breakfast buffet, was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. We were in Orlando for a funeral, so a very sad event, but she brightened our days considerably.

Avoid avoid avoid this hotel
Pros:

This place is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. The cavernous space is dated and unattractive. The staff don’t seem to care either.
Our room doesn’t get always get made up or serviced properly (ie no clean towels, no coffee, they throw away my own teabags etc). When we called reception twice to ask for towels no apology offered and no speed to remedy the situation.
We won’t be back to stay here it’s dreadful.

Nice but dirty
Pros:

the room was okay but i wanted a balcony that i would be able to sit and the only have enough room to barley stand outside im not even sure how that counts as a balcony it like a window edge and i did like how the hootel was only accessible for people who stayed there

the place was kind of a rip off when booking it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED NOTTTT the breakfast was not included and how they scammed you is you make a plate and then tell you oh its 26 a person!! also, the club lounge was so nasty and not cleaned up there was mold inn the coffee maker no one was even in the lounge to make you a drink it's like why I even got a club room if nothing was available. I actually cleaned it up for them because I'm not staying somewhere nasty my pillowcases I don't think were even replaced cause there was makeup on them I asked for a replacement and last but not least THE HOT TUB WAS NASTY! Akid pooped in it the water was dirty and brown.

LINES LINES LINES. this hotel is a complete disaster! Massive lines to check in no where to park no signs.
Pros:

Horrible check in process! Lazy front desk clerk! Only one working in the evening when they need three or four!

OK but beware of parking charges is you need them.
Pros:

We did a three-night stay March 13-15th 2026. Hotel was nice, accommodating and clean, again should be for the cost. My only issue was that it was never mentioned that parking was a $21.30 extra per day, only seeing this on the bill upon checkout. I think they would be more forth coming with those types of charges and maybe $10 a day would be easier to swallow.

Away from Hustle and Bustle!
Pros:

Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. It was convenient to Winter Park and several attractions north of Orlando. The wait staff in the beautiful atrium dining area sincerely welcomed us every morning and made us feel right at home. The Concierge Manager, Jason was excellent and was attentive to all his guests.
