Que al pagar la habitación no me dieron factura o recibo del pago, me exigían un número de RUT que me imagino lo usan son las personas del país y nosotros al ser turista, no lo teníamos, queríamos tener constancia del pago de la habitación así fuese por medio de un recibo y no nos dieron nada, eso fue incómodo y creo que es un derecho de los clientes tener su factura o recibo así sean turistas de cualquier país.

unsafe location you will need to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. Night staff was great. i booked the room for 2 people but when i got there it was only for 1 had to pay more and they still charged for breakfast for the extra person.
