For a peaceful and comfy stay on Crete
Pros:

We loved actually everything: the staff was welcoming and totally helpful. One of pool is deeper and for swimmers, another for kids, just perfect. The location is super and convenient. Our rooms was quiet, always clean and with a cute terrace. Generally the hotel is well-equipped and full of plants, I love that.

Cons:

I think that maybe breakfasts may be more various but still they were enough for me and my family. Great Greek salad every morning, some proteins, and many kinds of bread.

Pros:

Near Golden beach, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Staffs are super kind and professional. They let you use swimming pools and shower before and after check-in and out.

Cons:

They don't give you new towels (e.g. for three nights). But you can burrow towels for 3 euro at the reception.

Pros:

Fantastisk personale, virkelig søde, venlige, friske, hjælpsomme, servicemindede, imødekommende.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker, men hotellet løb tør for mad flere dage og der var ikke nok personale på til morgenmaden. Måske kunne det hjælpe at udvide/forlænge tidsrummet på morgenmad.

Proprietatra este bine pozitionata, aproape de plaja, exact in statia de autobuz cu magazine si taverne aproape.

Cons:

Noi am rezervat camera de familie cu un dormitor. Nu mi-am putut inchipui ca sunt asa de vechi si degradate camerele. Asta nici nu era o mare problema, dar baia este groznica, nu se putea sta pe toaleta, geamul de la baie era spre coridorul pe unde treceau turistii… si foarte mare mizerie. Dupa cazare, am cumparat servetele dezinfectante si am inceput sa curat totul… era foarte mare mizerie, curatenia consta in dat cu mopul .
Dupa 6 zile de stat in acest tip de camera am solicitat schimbarea aceasteia, si urmatoarele 5 nopti am primit o suita superioara. Aceasta arata cu totul diferit, este mai nou totul, baia este decenta dar curatenia la fel. Nu se face curat decat foarte superficial , toata chicineta era plina de praf , aparatul de cafea , fierbatorul, prajitorul de paine erau pline de praf, paianjeni pe la geamuri, praf sun pat, iar lenjeriile de pat au fost schimbate dupa 5 zile la solicitatea noastra. Articole de toaleta, prosoapre curate si hartie igienica primesti numai daca soliciti, altfel nu se lasa nimic in camera. DEZAMAGITOR, NU ISI MERITA BANII.

Pozitia buna, aproape de plaja, cu magazine si taverne aproape . Exact in statia de autobuz.

Cons:

Curatenia, foarte mizerabil, curetenua superficiala, totul plin de praf, paianjeni, baia nedezinfectata, prosoape si lenjeri curate numai la 5-6 zile. Articole de toaleta la cere, nu se lasa in camera. Iar camerele de familue cu un dormitor, dezamagitoare, totul vechi, murdar si toaleta nu se putea folosi, cu geam pe coridor, gresie sparta, cada murdara, wc pe care nu puteai sa stai.
Suitele mai bune, dar curatenia la fel lipseste TOTAL. Iar geamurile nu izoleaza zgomotul deloc, totul se aude noaptea. Nu se putea dormi.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Anais Hotels Collection & Suites. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and always willing to help. Our room was cleaned every day and the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained.

I was also very touched by the lovely surprise of wine and fruit prepared for my birthday — it was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and a bus stop, which made it very easy to travel to Chania.

Thank you for the great hospitality. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily return again.

Cons:

The only little thing we found less comfortable was the bed, as it consisted of two separate mattresses. It would have been even nicer for us to have one large double mattress, but this was only a small detail and did not affect our lovely stay.

Mycket prisvärt för läget och fina rum
Pros:

Nära till havet, eget kök, bra balkonger och bra service!

Cons:

Slarvades med städning, lite för mycket regler vid poolbad för barnen, aningen dyr mat i restaurangen

Calm ans nice hotel with giant pool close to beach
Pros:

Great pool area - especially for kids - with plenty of space and shade. It’s a clean, calm and nice hotel with helpful staff. Very close location to Golden Beach and easy access to Chania Old Town with bus.

Cons:

The area is parimarly residential buildings which makes it very quiet in terms of restaurants and shops in walking distance - especially wifh children in the summer heat.
