Pros:

Ottimo hotel in posizione molto buona con la prima spiaggia a 3 minuti a piedi. Di fronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus che in 10/15 minuti ti porta in centro a Chania.
Staff veramente gentile e disponibile.
Buona la scelta per la colazione a buffet (attenzione gli extra come un espresso si pagano a parte), ottima la cucina.
Piscina dell'hotel ben tenuta.
Cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni.
Consiglio: alla prenotazione chiedere di stare nell'edificio due (quello rosa)

Cons:

la pulizia quotidiana della camera lascia un po' a desiderare. Nel quotidiano si limitano a rifare il letto e sistemare velocemente il bagno. La pulizia del pavimento viene fatta ogni 3/4 giorni.

Fantastisk vecka för en familj med två barn på detta boende.
Pros:

Läget på hotellet var bra. Nära flera stränder och det gick en buss precis utanför hotellet in till Chania flera gånger i timmen. Tyvärr inte så många restauranger runtom, men då vi åkte in till Chania de flesta kvällar så fungerade det bra för oss. Väldigt bra placering på rummet, vi är en familj med två barn i åldern 7 och 10, och vi hade poolen precis utanför rummet. Och en egen uteplats med bord och stolar. Smidigt och fräscht. Hotellet var lugnt och vi sov gott i sängarna/sofforna.
Det fanns två gym, tyvärr fungerade inte löpband/gåband på något av dem. Men det fanns lite maskiner och vikter så man kunde göra det man ville. En trevlig bar med helt ok mat.
Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Anais.

Cons:

Saknar fler restauranger i närheten. Gymmet kunde varit mer utrustat.

A very relaxing place
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the beach, convenient store; bus station in front of the complex. The staff was very helpful with any questions or problems you have.

Fantastinen loma!

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja tuore,sopivan monipuolinen:jogurttia,2 eri muroja, muroihin persikkaa ja ananasta. Leipiä,leivän päälliset ja kurkut,tomaatit.Kroissuja,rahkatassuja,munia,kokkelia,pekonia,nakkeja,mehut,kahvit,maitoa,kuivakakkua,marmeladit,voita,hunajaa,jottain paikallista mantelihommellia vissiinkin jogurttiin tarkoitettu.Hedelmiä.
Siisteys oli hyvä koko hotellilla.Eläinystävällisyys oli hienoa! Iloisia, avuliaita työntekijöitä.Huone oli mahtava,ihana sviitti: hyvät peitot ja tyynyt,kivat sohvat ja kattava pikkukeittiö.Ihana etuterassi,pyykkiteline.Hyvä suihku ja kylppäri.Huonesiivous hyvä.Ravintola oli viihtyisä ja ruoka oikein hyvää.Viihtyisät ja kauniit tilat kaikkiaan,altaat,pieni kuntosalikin ja pilates puoli erikseen.Lapsille oma leikkipaikka;jottain pelikoneitakin oli.Hotellin vieressä pieni marketti ja ATM automaatti.
Etäisyys moneen paikkaan oli mainio; rannalle n.3min kävely,ja muille lähirannoille myös kävellen:voi valita mieleisensä rannan.Metsäisiä sekä merenrantakallio-kävelyreittejä ihan lähellä,sekä pieni kappeli löytyy.
Hrisi Aktin ranta (lähin) todella ihana pehmeä hiekkaranta, pitkälle matalaa. Vasemmassa päädyssä tyynein paikka ja paikallisetkin suosii.Päädystä pääsee myös kallioille joissa muutama ihana poukama joissa vähän kiviä mutta pääsee kyllä uimaan sieltäkin.Rannan kadulla myös vähän ravintoloita.Pääkadulle n. 5min kävely(josta oikealle,Plataniaksen ja Agia Marinan suuntaan lähdettäessä löytyy ravintoloita,kahviloita,marketteja,apteekkeja.Vasemmalle lähdettäessä suuntaat Chaniaan ja sinne suuntaan aluksi ei ole juurikaan ravintoloita yms. vaan vasta lähestyttäessä Chaniaa).Itse hotellin katu oli aika rauhallinen ihmisvilinän suhteen. Ainakin näin turistikauden lopulla. Bussipysäkki oli aivan hotellin edessä josta esim.(2 eurolla suunta)Chaniaan ja takaisin,helposti ja yksinkertaisesti,20min. suunta.Chaniaan voi myös kävellä rantoja pitkin n.30-50min. p.s.kuvan kissanpoika sain lomani lopulla kodin,hot.

Cons:

Ainoa että huoneeseen kuului todella kovin tien äänet vaikkei huone ollut ihan tien vieressä mutta ikkunat kuitenkin tien suuntaan. Mutta onneksi kadulla ei ollut diskoja tai ravintoloita niin niiden meteli ei kuulunut. Korvatulpilla selviää yöllä jos tarve :)
