Buenísima. El personal y el ambiente muy bueno y cálido.
Pros:

La atención, impecable. En Cajamarca no he visto muy buenos hoteles, y tenía mis dudas en general. Pero me encantó el hotel, limpio, el restaurante rico y saludable e higiénico. El personal amable y servicial.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue el último día, que está ubicado frente a la RENIEC y había colas. Entonces como que estaba muy saturado el paso. Es una ventaja estratégica que esté a dos cuadras de la plaza de armas, pero juega en contra también cuando suceden estos percances con instituciones del estado que estando al frente generan colas.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, el 2 y 3 días me dieron un cuarto amplio y ordenado, con cama 2 plazas y mesa de estudio y wifi con buena señal excelente para trabajar

Cons:

El 1 día me dieron una habitación triple en el 5 piso con cama de 1 plaza 1/2, ya que tenían demanda de habitación, lo cual acepte, sin embargo, no contaba que no iba a poder dormir por el frío, además fue mi 1ra noche en Cajamarca, me estaba aclimatando, luego me cambiaron, por otra habitación.
