Pros:

El hotel muy bueno, un desayuno buffet completo y muy rico, la ubicacion muy cerca a la plaza y con tiendas cerca, ademas del traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto incluido.

Excellent option in Cajamarca
Pros:

Characterful colonial style hotel based around two lovely courtyards in central location. Helpful staff, very clean, good WiFi and hot water. Breakfast OK. Good value.

Cons:

Odd reticence to provide cutlery at breakfast.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas pero lo que más resalta es la atención del personal, fue excepcional, muy atentos en cada detalle desde que ingresamos. Hicimos consumos en el restaurante y de igual modo hubo una gran atención por parte del personal. Llevamos un bebé y tuvimos que hacer algunos pedidos especiales (comida sin sal) tuvimos una excelente respuesta por parte del personal. Cuando vuelva a Cajamarca me volveré a hospedar aquí

Céntrico y con personal excelente, con oportunidades de mejora
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento y servicial y la ubicación es súper buena.

Cons:

Pero por otro lado los espacios comunes están muy mal mantenidos, la limpieza del cuarto no era la mejor (había bolas de pelo pegadas en las alfombras) y hacen conciertos en vivo los sábados en la noche lo que no nos dejaba descansar.
