Pros:

The room we had was very big. The bed very comfortable. We had burgers, fries and onion rings after a long flight and journey to the hotel and they were incredible!! We loved the pool in the early hours of the morning.

Cons:

The shower room is very small and the room stayed hot all the time despite being on the lowest setting.

Very disappointing stay – poor value for money
Unfortunately, our stay was very poor and certainly not what you would expect for the price.
The noise was a major issue. The lift was clearly audible throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. We could also hear the guests in the room next door very clearly, with noise continuing into the early hours.
The hotel itself felt tired and in need of refurbishment. The carpets were worn and scruffy, which added to the overall impression that the property was not being maintained to the standard you would expect.
Considering the expensive price, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The combination of constant noise, poor soundproofing and tired surroundings made the stay uncomfortable and, in my opinion, very poor value for money.
I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

פקידת הקבלה היתה מסבירת פנים, השם שלי היה רשום בצורה שגויה והיא הצליחה למצוא. הציעה לנו לרכוש את הכניסה ללאונג׳ 24 שעות וזו היתה המלצה טובה מאד כי היתה לנו גישה לשתיה כל הזמן. המלון היה צמוד לקניון אז היה מקום נגיש לאוכל וקניות.

Lo que más me gustó fué el trato del personal. Des del primer momento en recepción se esfuerzan por atender todas las necesidades y dan todo tipo de explicaciones

The hotel was ideally located and very well connected to stores and the subway. The staff were very friendly.
Pros:

The hotel is extremely well connected with indoor access to a mall and the T subway. plus the view across the river from our room was beautiful.

Cons:

The Bar area felt a bit impersonal plus putting a limit on breakfast spend was a bit annoying.

Pros:

The Sheraton is our go-to hotel for Red Sox games. Easy in and out off of I 90. Although it can be pricey bt it's all about location and convenience.

Cons:

We ended up on a lower floor to whichwe were lookingata brick wall, literally. Typically we prefer higher floors with a better view.
