Pros:

We were moved after first night as young children next door crying all night. Therese were very helpful

Cons:

Main bar closed at 11.30 which felt too early. Staff in Hendersons were great - big shout out to Diana. Bar staff were pretty grumpy in the main. We stayed for 9 nights so not a one off.

Fabulous Boston stay - we will be back
Pros:

Exceptionally good hotel. Staff at reception were super friendly and attentive. Arrived at 12 not expecting to get into room til 4pm but it was a non issue - we were checked in and got access straight away. Comfy beds, good shower, gorgeous surrounds and excellent locations. The pool was an added and unexpected bonus. Very very impressed. We will be back

Cons:

The only negative thing I could comment on was that there are clearly not enough tables in restaurant for breakfast. It heaps pressure on the waiting staff who often have people standing around waiting to get a table and so are grumpy.
