Clean and view
2nd time that I have a security knocking on my door because me conversating with my wife , was to loud .
I think that’s the last time I stay
Breakfast was good…but very expensive (98.00..plus tip) for 2 people.
Over all prices on food and drinks were way expensive.

My whole body broke out with the red rash since the first night that we stood there on Thursday and we checked out on Monday that's the sad part about it

I've stayed in better motels. Forget about sharing a bed with another adult if you get a room with two doubles. They are twin+ beds. Shower never got hot. NO bell service. NO valet. Long check in lines. This is NOT a luxury hotel.

On the first night someone came to my room late at night saying that I was too loud in my room when I really wasn’t… I was shocked by the visit because all I had was the tv on and having conversation. I just thought it could have been handled better with a phone call first instead of someone coming to my room late and making it seem like I did something wrong…

This was our first time at this hotel. We stayed from Thu. Mar-19 to Sat. Mar-20-2026.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed by AJ Ruiz at the front desk, he welcomed us with a broad smile, explained all the amenities and stressed the fact that they were there to help us with anything we might need 24-7. AJ was polite, very friendly and kind.
We requested 3 more pillows and they were delivered to our room very soon.
Our room was clean and with a beautiful view. The bathroom was fully stocked and the bed mattresses were very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets to charge our phones and other electronics, the mini refrigerator was perfect to store our drinks and other stuff.
We had lunch at the hotel bar, the food was delicious, the portions were appropriate and the service of the young lady working there was attentive and great.
On our 2nd day we spoke with Christian Almario at the front desk, he gave us more info about our check out time. Christian was also very kind and helpful. We requested for a water kettle which was delivered very soon at our room.
The hotel is very nice, it has plenty of parking, the grounds are beautiful. To get to this hotel they have a long beautifully decorated drive way and there is a security booth that checks everyone that gets in. So, it is very safe to get to the hotel grounds. They also have a big and lovely golf course and swimming pool.
The bathrooms everywhere in the hotel are very well maintained and cleaned.
When we checked out on Saturday we gave our oral review to Michael Jaynes. He was very attentive, kind and grateful for our opinions.
All and all we highly recommend this hotel. We attended a conference there and we got a discounted rate for our room.
A number of the attendees to the conference enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and other amenities of the hotel and they found out from those of us staying at the hotel about the wonderful experience we were having. So we hope that the conference takes place in this same venue next year so we can repeat our great stay and more of our friends can stay in this lovely hotel.
