Recommended for families with teens
Pros:

Wife, 2 teens and I really enjoyed our stay. Room was on the 4th floor and the view was still outstanding. On the surface, this place is more geared for business and golfers. Yet, the pool, workout facilities, and Reds restaurant in a hilltop location gave us a nice peaceful place to stay after a day of romping around LA with my wife's family. WiFi could be much better and wish the beds were Queens instead of Doubles, but worked for us for the most part. Stayed there for 1 week so can recommend without hesitation.

Pup on vacation
Pros:

Great fun again for our anniversary. Our dog Clyde loves the 10th floor. The hotel and restaurant were so good to us and our pup on vacation.

Good stay
Pros:

This was my third time staying at the Palm's. The staff is friendly and willing to assist. The breakfast staff at Reds was understaffed which led to long wait times, but the meals were generous and tasty. The room does not get very dark, but the bed is comfy. Overall,a good stay.

Poor courtyard meal experience
Pros:

We visited for an evening meal and drink - no service personnel by the water front seating, reluctant service personnel brings food with no utensils, not enough water for all of us, fireplace and light at the table was not brought to life once people are sitting at extended table. Very uninviting experience- we were there for golf day. Don’t expect a smile or greeting or follow up on your order - inverted would have spent more — but for the experience— its my first review in 10 years of travel!!!
