It was a short stay but it was great.
Pros:

It was very clean and the room was very spacious. It was close to Disneyland and lots of eateries. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

Just one mishap with the parking when checking out. We didn’t know we needed our room card after we checked out leaving the parking lot and we were charged twice for parking. One time included in the bill and then again when exiting.

Cons:

The breakfast offered isn’t very good and there is no complimentary water they only have water fountains. Pool is very basic. I was under the impression that parking was free through booking.com

Amazing experience.

I had an outstanding experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center, and a big part of that was thanks to Assistant General Manager Joey. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely well-managed.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for visiting the Anaheim area, but what really made the stay memorable was the level of service. Joey sets a high standard for hospitality, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I hope management recognizes Joey for the exceptional job he’s doing. He truly makes a difference.

Friendly, professional staff. Free breakfast was great and the staff was constantly keeping food replenished and eating area clean. Also, very pet friendly.
