Elevators broke down during our stay, and only one of the three where working. Needless to say we were waiting in line i
Pros:

Conveniently located next to Toy Story parking lot so you can walk there and use the Disney shuttle to get to the parks, but note on the return trips the bus lines are very very long if you wait until park closure to return

Cons:

The windows are not sound proof so you can hear all the ambulances at night as well as the kids running up and down the hallway.

Pros:

We loved this hotel . We will be back everytime we visit Disney . We loved how close it is to the Toy Story parking and the hotel was so nice

Pros:

Todo bien , solo me cobraron 200 u$s por cancelar mí reserva que nunca cancelé ya que me presenté. Es que ellos la tenían anotada doble y 40 por parking diario cuando anuncian 35 u$s.
NUNCA ME REINTEGRARON EL DINERO !!!!
