Amazing experience.
Pros:

I had an outstanding experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center, and a big part of that was thanks to Assistant General Manager Joey. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely well-managed.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for visiting the Anaheim area, but what really made the stay memorable was the level of service. Joey sets a high standard for hospitality, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I hope management recognizes Joey for the exceptional job he’s doing. He truly makes a difference.

Pros:

Friendly, professional staff. Free breakfast was great and the staff was constantly keeping food replenished and eating area clean. Also, very pet friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. We have stated several times and each time has been great.

Awesome hotel & staff
Pros:

Our experience here was wonderful, we had a different hotel booked originally but had some issues and when we came here we were greeted by Michelle who was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and knowledgeable. What had started as an awful beginning to my birthday celebration was quickly turned around thanks to her help. Will definitely be back for our next visit. Also the room was very nice, clean and comfortable!

Very close to Disney, very clean and worth the stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was a nice touch. Only used it once in my stay.

Cons:

Didn’t like that I had to keep using my keycard for the elevators. Made it a struggle with luggage and kids. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work at first. The hidden parking fee was a surprise.

Great. Already planning the next one!
Pros:

Very close to Disney shuttle but also very close to Disney too. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent and every day something different. Staff was great and nice. The pool was awesome.

Cons:

Wish the shuttle would pick us up at the property. Would be nice if they had room service for food besides breakfast
