The first room they gave us was not cleaned. Refrigerator was disgusting, counters were not wiped down.
The King size bed in the room did not have fitted sheets, so the sheets crumbled up at night, for the money I paid, the room should have been perfect.
Love this place and the view from the room was awesome!

The property was amazing! There was no shortage of activities for the family to enjoy. The pool area was beautiful, the beach amazing, the rooms were clean and nice. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend the property if you’re wanting a great resort for the family.

The hotel was clean and inviting. Everyone was helpful. I loved that I could walk everywhere.
Great location. The ocean view was incredible. Staff is friendly for the most part. Nothing amazing. Really good place for families. The pool area is great and very close to the ocean so were were able to go back/forth easily. It is very crowded with kids. So, if that s not your jam, maybe go elsewhere. Dining options at the hotel are limited and VERY, VERY expensive. Luckily there are better options to walk to nearby. Drinks are also crazy expensive.
Now for the cons. The rooms are pretty small for what you pay for. You get used to it but it was a bit disappointing. The view somewhat made up for it but I never felt like I had a lot of room to navigate. The parking fee if outrageous at $50 per day. Super ridiculous and way higher than other resorts in the area. Resort fee was also ridiculously high ($60+ a day) and you don't really get any benefit from it.
Although I did love our experience overall, I'd shop around before staying here again just based on the high resort and parking fees.

I Love everything & convenience to walk everywhere blocks by blocks. The only thing that I didn’t like is the restaurant food no matter where you go is not that great but the convenience of the little store food that make fresh every day which is the ABC store they’re fantastic and reasonable…..
