Pros:

立地がいいので買い物、食事、ビーチが楽しめて大満足です。お部屋も清潔でした。シャワーの水圧もよかったです。エレベーターがなおっていたので安心して乗れました‼︎

Cons:

いつもアップグレードがあったのに今回はなかったのが残念でした。

was disappointed with the parking. Room could do with an upgrade.
Pros:

Location was great for Waikiki beach & shopping

Cons:

We hired a car & had to pay extra for parking $20 US per night which is nearly $40 Australian. we stayed for 6 nights. No lift to up & down for carpark levels. Only stairs which I struggled with Because I have health issues. Most times having to park right on the top level out in the weather ( rain ). Think parking should be included as a guest

Great front desk clerk
Pros:

Celene who checked me in was really good. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice a year for the last ten years and I had the best experience with her. She’s a good listener, perceptive and gave me a room that I was really happy with.

Nice stay with great location
Pros:

Like most hotels in Waikiki this place could use some TLC. The gym was nice and all the staff super friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and they did accommodate a late checkout.

Mixed bag
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The elevators were out of service and we had to use service elevators. Our room smelled strongly of mildew. I was supposed to have a tower room, but was "upgraded" to a pool view room on an old area instead. We tried to eat breakfast at the Splash Restaurant one day, but after having no one come by after 10 minutes of being seated, we ended up going elsewhere.

Great amenities for the price and location!
Pros:

Very clean rooms with friendly staff. They always have a smile on their face and eager to assist. The location has a 24 hour fitness center with a good variety of equipment from a stair master to ellipticals and weightlifting machines. One downside I would advise others is their balcony’s are not very soundproof so if your looking to crash early expect some noise coming from outside.

Nice hotel but walls are thin
Pros:

The location was excellent. We had a nice corner room with a nice ocean view. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The walls are very thin. The first night we were there we could clearly hear the people next door talking on the phone. When they got off the call they turned on the tv and it was like the tv was in our room. We could hear everything. We did call down and they did send someone up right away and the tv went down. So we thought maybe they were just loud because we could always hear them talking. But when they left and another couple came we were woken up at 5am as they took a business call from their room. So soundproofing the rooms are not!!

Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

Room was very small, asked for a balcony but not very obliging
Had to pay for beach chair rental even though we had a blackout for several hours and no lifts were working. Days later there were only limited lift services so there was a lot of waiting around, could have been compensated with free beach chairs

Greatest place to stay if you don't have anyone in the room next to you.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Staff all very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Caroline in the breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful and the manger bob was also very helpful with a billing issue that we had.

Cons:

The rooms have no sound proofing and we could literally hear every word of the person next door conversation like they were laying in bed with us at 530am everyday!! Security did attend when called to ask them to keep it down.
