The room was great and had a mosquito net which was not on the room description. The net wasn't needed because we never saw, or heard, any mosquito's during our stay. The staff were very welcoming and were brilliant. Nashukuru sana

The location is perfect and staff was friendly
The room was really smelly and internet was not working in the room. There was loud music from the restaurant and roosters in the morning. Do not order a taxi through the hotel - I ordered a taxi at 9:45am and it arrived at 10:15...
The experience of the team was top notch. They were able to prepare my favorite Ghanaian food.
Nothing much, my stay was ok.
The hotel is good for a short business trip, in fact i think its the best hotel overall in Mtwara though needs a lot of improvements especially on the Food Menu and Breakfast.
The Food Menu and the serving time really needs to be overhauled. I would suggest to have a small menu with fresh items and also to have some more options in breakfast apart from eggs and fruits.
The environment was clean
The toilets were extremely dirty and old, needs repairing,,,
We liked the no-nonsense business-hotel atmosphere. Everything worked, breakfast was nice, rooms were big and functional, staff was very friendly, got our transport to the airpot organized smoothly, air-condition worked in the very hot climate. Wifi functioned perfectly. We felt safe.
Television did not have any channels in English. I would have appreiciated some newsprogram, Tanzanian or international, to follow what's going on in the world. Restaurant was very slow in the evening, and I say this, because there is no other choice for food in the neighbourhood and we were not in the mood for eating out after a day of working and driving around.
I like the place. Very cosy. The staffs are very helpful. The rates are reasonable.
