Un séjour correct, mais avec des points à améliorer au niveau des installations et des services
Pros:

Le comportement de la majorité du personnel était agréable, professionnel et accueillant, surtout Thiago et Teresa.
Emplacement proche de l’aéroport et à proximité d’une station de tram.

Cons:

Le stationnement est compliqué : il est impossible de se garer ailleurs que dans le parking de l’hôtel, qui reste assez cher. Certaines personnes du personnel manquent de professionnalisme. Les installations sont anciennes, et la fenêtre de la chambre ne s’ouvre pas, ce qui empêche d’avoir de l’air frais.

Sauberes Hotel fussläufig schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen.

Lage am Flughafen

Cons:

Die gesonderte Sicherheitsabbuchung beim Einchecken , die sogar höher war als der Zimmerpreis, obwohl der Hotelzimmerpreis ein bis zwei Tage vorher bereits vom Hotel abgebucht worden war.

Pros:

Gana erdvus kambarys, patogi dvigulė lova, virdulys arbatai ir įvairus arbatos pasirinkimas. Geras, reguliuojamas, stiprios srovės dušas, įvairūs dušo reikmenys, patogu, kad buvo batų šaukštas.

Cons:

Asortimentas nemažas, bet kai kurie patiekalai šeštadienio rytą atrodė nešviežiai, apdžiūvę, lyg kelis kartus peršildyti ar sudėti iš likučių (pavyzdžiui, keptų moliūgų ir bulvinių blynelių kratinys). Taip pat nepatiko, kad jau po 11 val. valytoja įėjo į kambarį norėdama sutvarkyti, aišku vėl išėjo, nes išsiregistravimas yra iki 12 val., išeidinėti buvau suplanavusi 11.30 val. Tuo tarpu kai atvykau anksčiau, anksčiau į kambarį neįleido, galėjau tik lagaminą palikti. Praeitą kartą apsistojus kambaryje buvo ir chalatų, šlepečių - šįkart, deja, nebuvo.

Nice hotel, good stay, reception could use more staff/ or faster system…
Pros:

Practical Location, room was well equipped with everything i needed. In lobby there‘s small store where i could buy necessity that I had forgotten to take with me

Cons:

Check in took very long, only one person at reception, took 5 mind more per person. With 3 people before me it took me nearly half hour from entering the building to making it to my room. Self scan at store didnt work, so had to pay at reception (skipped that in the PM because if waiting time there…)

Pros:

La verdad me ha parecido un hotel súper bonito desde la entrada con los amenitis a disposición de los huéspedes como la bebida, los dulces y el empleado de recepción muy amable, no recuerdo su nombre solo sé que era portugués. La habitación muy amplia, la cama y baños super agradable
