Staff was good. Rooms were OK

Cons:

Price, not good value. Then, charged for parking, another cash grab that was not included in the price. There's better hotels for less money. Also, the " free" breakfast didn't open until 7:00 AM, so a lot of folks could not use it. We were on the 3rd floor and could still hear
the constant noise from a party taking place within the hotel. We were not happy campers. For a Mariotte hotel, we were disappointed.

I had lost an earring and the maid manager was kind enough to help me look for it in the room even after I checked out .

Cons:

1. You pay to stay you shouldn't have to pay $12 to park my one vehicle.
2. Our room had a stale smell.
3. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was cold/warm. We let it run and still it didn't warm up.

it’ll do for an overnight stay. nothing special, but nothing really bad either
Pros:

clean, comfortable, near large parks, and pet friendly, which was good, as we were traveling with a dog

Cons:

sort of away from anything, and highly unwalkable. SLC has very wide streets near this hotel, and things were very spread out, though pioneer park is pretty nice.
