環境整潔，有MOD可以看，非常棒!!!
老闆親切，一樓公共區域有很多設備可以使用
冰箱和微波爐都帶給我們許多方便
浴室乾濕分離，很棒
房間還有一個陽台，空間蠻大的。

裝潢溫馨美麗，地點很棒，舒適整潔，有電梯🛗

此次往南花蓮玩，北上前選擇入住市區民宿，整體上算是不錯的環境，又意外得知可以刷國旅卡，是玩北花蓮可以選擇的地點，較可惜的是遇到品質較差的房客，讓心中的分數大受影響！
Pros:

無附早餐，附近就有兩間早餐店，很方便。停車先到先停，如果沒辦法停車庫，民宿老闆也會幫忙處理車位問題，另外還有電梯、咖啡機，大加分。

Cons:

比較可惜的是，我們住301，3樓另一間房客較晚回房，回房後也一直吵鬧，有小孩大家都能體諒，但家長應該自律，一直吵到晚上12點多，造成全家睡眠品質大受影響，建議住一樓的老闆要多加提醒未來入住房客。
