Good location. Good food. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Nice atmosphere.

Cons:

During a 5 day period fire alarm went off on 3 separate days. Rather unnerving especially having to leave room by 4 flights of stairs. However, I am hoping it may have been due to the very hot climate recently and nothing more.⁹

Very good location and pleasant downstairs, but bedroom needs improvement
Pros:

Very good location with lovely sea view. Pleasant dining room and bar area, recently redecorated. Very good breakfast with quick service.

Cons:

My single room was quite tired and in particular the bathroom would benefit from an upgrade. The windows only opened a fraction leaving the room very hot. My room had no view but I guess sea facing rooms are charged extra.
Although the breakfast was good, I would have liked some fruit salad to add to yogurt.
There was no nearby parking and the local car park cost £10 for 24 hours.

Clearly one of the premier hotels in Tenby
Pros:

Nice to be able to stay in an hotel which was not poorly decorated. Excellent location and good for we will be going there again!

Cons:

Small car park which was always full however I was able to park nearby at no cost

Pros:

L’emplacement si on a payé plus cher pour la vue. Mais l’Esplanade est superbe. Chambre plutôt agréable

Cons:

Avec plus de 28 degrés le soir il faudrait soit une Clim soit une grande fenêtre. La chambre est restée chaude toute la nuit.

Decent enough hotel.
Pros:

Hotel had nice clean feel. Eggs Benedict breakfast excellent. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Regular cooked breakfast a bit ungenerous (beans doing a lot of work to cover for single slice of bacon and sausage) but tasted good. Mildly irritating background music everywhere (as seemed to be true everywhere in Tenby)

Pros:

Clean friendly welcome at reception. They also provided bike storage, which was really helpful.

Cons:

I was at the back of the building. The building was hot, so I had to have the window open. The extractor went on for the kitchens at about 6:30 so I couldn't get anymore sleep.
