Location, staff, views, decor, food, service were exceptional, room for improvement on beds & washrooms.
Pros:

Location was wonderful, staff was very polite and accommodating, service in restaurants and food was great

Cons:

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Felt like a pillow topper on an old mattress. Rooms were very tight and bathroom had consistent sewage smell. Leaking toilet was fixed immediately so great follow up and attention to service

Was welcoming and in a perfect location we even managed to park outside.
Staff were friendly and helpful the rooms were clean

Nice comfy, friendly stay
Pros:

Lovely clean comfortable hotel.
All staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly.
It’s in a great location and my room with a Seaview was perfect. Clean and comfortable room and had a great nights sleep.
Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of choice.
Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nothing not to like, for me anyway

Pros:

Établissement au charme très anglais. A 3 min à pied du centre-ville et des restaurants . Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres est limite mais il n’y a pas eu beaucoup de bruit le soir.
