Offering a continental breakfast would be great or the cost in the restaurant should be more affordable. I'll be looking into a new hotel next time because of this.
Directions for the back entrance to the different floors should be clear.

Pros:

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know about our team's experience. Your staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. I feel that they go above and beyond for your customers. They are definitely commended. Your hotel was the best that we have stayed at in a long time. We frequently are involved in stay and play hockey tournaments, so we stay in various hotels a lot. If we participate in another tournament in that area, I will definitely request to stay in your hotel. I also will highly recommend your hotel to other teams that we encounter as well.

This excellent encounter started from the very beginning with your sales staff that was so very helpful and patient with me as we made changes as well. They are to be commended as well. They went above and beyond, even went as far as to answer my questions when I'm sure they weren't even on duty. I had a late-night question and they responded quickly when they didn't have to until the morning. I was so appreciative of all of their help and support.
