Very nice hotel just across the train station and next to the night market - really great.
Rooms were not ready when we came, but our luggage was delivered to them while we were outside.
The people at the reception did not greet us, you had to stand in front of of them and wait for them to look up. Staff in the breakfast room and cleaning personnel really nice.
The location right near the station was great. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was responsive when we asked for a firm pillow.
The bathroom had a glass door which was slightly see through but it had a little curtain to try to block that view.
Availability of the washing machine, useful for our 5-day stay. It is just beside the Metro, a direct (Tamsui-Xinyi/red)line joining Chifeng Street and Taipei 101, as well as other major shopping centres.
Huge bathroom, highly suitable for person with disability and elderly who needs grab bars.
Construction going on in front of the hotel, a visual barrier within us and the beautiful mountain. Even though room is labelled as suitable for people with disability (e.g. wheelchair), the entrance to room was relatively small for wheelchair to be pushed through, possibly due to the presence of a massage chair nearby. Bed may be too high for elderly to climb up to.

Staff could use some training on customer service. Maybe it's the language barrier? No greetings, no thank yous, no safe travels. Might as well install some machines at the front desk.
About the room - while we understand it's going for a modern look, we found the set up a bit strange. The toilet and water basin set up was strange.
