地點很好離捷運站很近 浴缸很大 房間乾淨
窗簾是自動的 電梯不用等很久
工作人員親切 快速

Cons:

床太軟了 等車時發現大廳沒有地方坐

因為出差與工作關係，每次都是選擇天閣劍潭館已經五六年以上，從一開始入住的驚豔：房內的大理石裝潢、高級電視音響、床頭喇叭、人體工學椅、浴室乾淨無塵、寢具毛巾等都有四-五星品質。很欣賞經營者理念。至住宿價格調回正常後，還更換了雙人沙發，以及維持

A very good hotel. Shame the view of the mountains will be spoilt by new building opposite
Pros:

A brilliantly located hotel, next to a MRT station. Very good facilities, clean room that's rather large. Breakfast selection is limited but of high quality. Staff is very helpful. AC is adequate. Bathroom is large with good water pressure from showers and the bath has a jacuzzi function. The toilet is the fancy ones with the bidet which is highly appreciated. Plenty of places to eat nearby, including the Shilin market. Overall, an excellent place to stay and is relatively good value for what you get.

Cons:

Minor: could do with more storage space and hooks next to the sink for face towel, etc.

Major: people should be aware that there is a massive building under construction opposite the hotel. I know this isn't the hotel's fault but people should be aware when booking the suites with a view as it would conceal 70-85% of the view of the mountains once completed, which unfortunately will destroy one of the major charms of staying at this hotel.

Pros:

台北から4駅と近く、駅前ですぐに分かりました。またお部屋も広く、過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

シーツがあからさまに湿気ていて、そこが難点でした。朝ゴハンは種類が少なく、ソーセージやベーコン、ヨーグルトといった定番アイテムがなく、エビフライバーガーやさつま揚げ丼などブランチのメニューでした。

Much prefer their newer smaller rooms. But still top notch quality for bed.

I accidentally booked the suite by mistake. Small mistake , while it makes up for with a big bed and large space, the accommodation facilities for wheel chair make the whole room feels abit less luxurious and it was abit filmsy and some parts shaky. The massage chair was abit old and torn in places, the bath tub was outdoor ( though some would prefer that). It’s just meant for families or ppl who would require wheel chair friendly facilities.

Clean, comfortable.
Pros:

iv been coming back for many years. I love the bed pillows bath tub and showers. It’s easily one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. I even purchased one of their pillows!

Cons:

As I booked thru booking.com, it was t captured in their system that I’m a return customer. That’s a disappointment everytime to update them of my details. I will consider booking thru their website instead next.
