I did not like anything!
The staff are your shining stars at this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and as a woman travelling alone with my son I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
The restaurant had a good selection of food and there was always something for me even as a fussy eater.
I felt the bar staff in the evening could have been a little more attentive. This is my second visit and on the first occasion I was with my husband and was constantly asked if we would like more drinks. This time I had to ask repeatedly and even had to go to the bar myself on a couple of occasions.
the beauty and peace. the marble, water fountains and sound of water. the grandiose trees.
the elegance of the staff. all so graceful and gracious.
the kindness for offering a tea & sweets delights in our room, marks of consideration that remain in our heart. Excellence in Hospitality. And the bedding!

Had a wonderful experience with the continental food here. A special appreciation to Chef Suresh for his amazing hospitality and excellent understanding of guests’ preferences. He takes the effort to understand your taste and prepares food that perfectly suits your palate. The flavors were outstanding and my taste buds still remember the dishes he made. The only reason I keep coming back here is Chef Suresh — his food and warm hospitality make every visit special.

I found the food quality at ITC to be very good.

The response from the staff at th itc restaurant was excellent.
The room we were given had already been used, and there was food scattered all over the place.
. The bathroom of the room I was shown wasn't clean either; towels were lying on the floor.
. I had to call room service three or four times just to get a single item.
. I wanted a large room at the hotel, but I was given a very small room.
