ITC Windsor is my favorite hotel in India. Awesome ambience and amazing staff. Shahen from housekeeping has looked after my room making sure it is always in tip top condition . A great and conscientious member of staff. Thank you ITC Windsor.

Very good hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping staff, particularly Palani, who was very kind, helpful, and professional. Their service made my stay even better.

The stay at ITC Windsor has been a pleasant one. The location and the ambience is on point, courteous staff - special mention to Ms. Devika who was in charge of upkeep of the floor. Kudos to the team.

If you are looking for true five star luxury aesthetic and style then look no further than this glorious hotel.

The entry to the hotel and the various lounge areas are magnificent; upholding the grand standards of the past, which are unparalleled by any modern attempts to outdo classy presentation. There are many shops and things to do within the hotel itself, including a very beautiful bar and lounge area. I greatly appreciated these attractive spaces and the aesthetics. The food at this hotel is wonderful and very high quality with a bewildering selection at the buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately I did not receive the 5 star service I was hoping for. I was not offered a welcome drink, my room was made up despite my requesting it not to be, the staff for room service could not understand me easily on the phone and at the first breakfast I was basically ignored whilst other guests were given service. Travelers presenting alone should receive equal, perhaps even a little more care than other guests, certainly not less.

I was extremely disappointed by the experience. However Miss Pranati, head of customer relations phoned me personally, gathered information and ensured the experience of the rest of the stay was brought up to the standard one would expect of this style of hotel. She did a wonderful job in managing the situation. I was offered a small refund which I was very grateful for. It was very nice that the hotel addressed the issues during the stay and will hopefully learn from the experience.

I would definitely stay here again and for longer due to the charming ambience and the extensive services attached to the hotel and their ability to manage problems which is a good quality in itself.

Came here to celebrate a birthday with a group of 25 at The Raj Pavilion. The staff was attentive and took good care of us. The buffet had a wide spread, and everything I tasted was delicious. Overall it was a really great experience!

Loved the housekeeping & spa experience. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to thank Mr. Sunil from housekeeping department and Ms. Angela from the spa department. I loved their hospitality. Would like to come back to avail their association.

Everything is ok

We attended a 60th Birthday celebration dinner with family and friends at Raj Pavillion in Windsor Manor. The hotel ambience was luxurious with a beautfiul fountain in the lobby. The spread in the buffet was very good. The chat counter was very good and the ingredients were really fresh and tasty. The staff arrnqged a corner for the group pf 20 which was nice so we could all interact. The buffet had a good spread of with starters different from usual. The choice for vegetarians was decent though they could have one more main course, however the spread and quality of desserts more than amde it up. Overall we had a great time. A special call to the staff who attended ( on 14th Apri 26) they were courteous and ensured that guests were attended properly. As an attendee I feel its a great venue that I could consider for an future event.

My friend hosted her father’s 60 th birthday party in Raj pavilion. Top notch service and food. The food was curated to her liking and the F&B team was amazing. Mr. Kuber, the bar tender Mr. Bharat and the entire team were soo helpful and sweet.

One of the best weekends I spent in Bangalore, thanks to ITC Windsor. The staff were so kind, accommodating and took care of everything for me so diligently and meticulously. Can’t wait to be back again!
