Legacy property, so beautiful and great staff. Cleanliness and food spread was great
Small balcony. Room Size not great. Personally dont like transparent bathroom wall, with family its awkward.

Room was spacious and bed comfy, a good welcome from all door staff on arrival.
Room was quite dated. Understand the heritage feel and was the reason why we booked it, but that doesn’t equate to electrics buzzing at night.
There was no information on minibar prices in the room either. Really quite surprised to find marked prices on the wines, but we were charged over 1000INR more than labelled for each. This needs to be made clearer.
Staff in the Raj Pavilion were not particularly attentive, and in some cases missed request information from us all. A request for a cup of chai took 10-15 minutes to receive whilst the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy: my wife had to leave to get ready because it took so long. Extra chai for me, but that wasn’t the point.
At check in, our concierge was too quiet and we struggled to get a clear understanding of the facilities available and had to ask them to repeat a few times.
On check out it took over 10 minutes to settle up and was overly complicated vs my expectation of modern hotels

I had a brilliant experience at the Fabelle Chocolate Classes! The session was incredibly engaging, informative, and hands-on. A huge thank you to Chef Piyansu and Chef Pallabi for their patience, expertise, and passion for chocolate-making. They explained every step with great clarity, shared valuable tips, and made the entire experience fun and interactive.
Whether you’re a beginner or a chocolate enthusiast, I would highly recommend this class. I walked away with new skills, delicious creations, and wonderful memories. Thank you, Chef Piyansu and Chef Pallabi, for making it such a delightful experience!
Went for a buffet dinner at Raj Pavilion. The spread was fantastic. The Moroccan chicken and the live kulfi counters were delightful.

I had a very enjoyable stay at ITC Windsor. All the staff were exceptionally attentive, welcoming and professional throughout my visit.
I would particularly like to recognise Sanjay and Gowtham. After I accidentally spilt a room-service yoghurt drink one evening, they came promptly to clean the room and dealt with everything quickly, thoroughly and with great care.
The waiters and waitresses in the hotel restaurant were also consistently fantastic. Their warm, attentive service contributed greatly to the experience.
