Fabulous hotel for business and pleasure.
Pros:

What a great hotel! Perfect service with excellent quality accommodations and food. Pench served us very well in the luxurious club lounge. All staff were superb.

A timeless, comforting, and memorable stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at ITC Windsor, and it truly reminded me of old-school luxury and gracious hospitality.

The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and my room was beautiful with lovely personalised touches. I especially appreciated the French press at the coffee counter and the pillow with my name on it. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making the stay very restful.

The chef was outstanding and kindly prepared a soup of my choice even though it wasn’t on the menu, which really reflected the hotel’s care and flexibility. Despite being in the heart of a bustling city, the property has a serene, old-world charm that makes you forget the chaos outside.

A special mention to the ever-graceful Sabrina Dey, whose elegance is clearly reflected in the entire team. Heartfelt thanks to Tarif, Shiv, Sneh, and Chef Vedant, each one was truly wonderful.

Dum Phukt is an amazing experience
Pros:

The food at Dum Pukht was simply outstanding. Probably one of the best Mughlai meals I've had in Bangalore. Special mention to Ajesh, Prathamesh, and Ningaraj for the outstanding service.

BEST KAKORI KEBAB & of course the stay!
Pros:

I absolutely LOVED our time here. We booked a 2 day stay and the service was exceptional. Starting from Ambience, valentine room decor, comfort, food, and the hospitality, there’s literally NOTHING to not love. During our stay we also decided to try Dum Phukht (their in-house dining), and that has been the best decision. We had the kakori kebab, shorba and mutton biryani. It was exquisite. The food and the service was impeccable. Big thanks to Chef Ehtesham, Penchalaiah, and Ningaraj. ITC never disappoints.
