Cons:

Fire alarm went off 4.30am and while that is not a problem in itself, staff only told us it was a technical issue and did not clarify if we should stay out of the room or return while they worked on resetting the alarms. Other than that we had a very good stay.

Room was good, location is fine but there was no shopping mall nearby despite it is in the downtown

Overall a great stay in a nice location.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and updated. Indoor pool was nice.

Cons:

Bistro where breakfast was supposed to be was left unstaffed. Guests left wondering what was going on. Jets on hot tub not working.

Comfy beds and clean but the staff was just alright.
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and it seemed clean.

Cons:

Someone opened the door to our room twice while we were there and there was no bolt on the door. The staff was really short with us and didn’t seem too happy that we were there.

Close to convention center.

Cons:

Not across the street as advertised. Also the entry has steps to get to the room so you can not put your bags from your car to your room because the carts are too heavy to lift up the steps. I also didnt like paying for valet in full abd my car never being checked in and out so to get my car was a big hassle.

Not what was expected for the price you pay.
Pros:

Nice big corner room, decent comfortable beds, staff was great to work with and very communicative in every way.

Cons:

The toilet paper holder was in the worst location to the toilet possible and had to sit sideways so your don't hit the holder with your elbow or knee, the hottub was not hot it was bathwater warm with way way too much chemicals that it gave my girlfriend and myself a red chemical like burn/ rash after 10 min of sitting. $35.00 parking is way too much when 1 block away it was $5.00. Even cleveland and Cincinnati downtown busy areas is cheaper than this place. The stairs in lobby could have a ramp for a more handicap accessible and for the luggage carts to use.

The valet was terrible! Waited for a very long time. People kept cutting us off and pulling in front of us and they would park their vehicles anyway.

Great location right in the heart if the Arena district. Walked back to the hotel at 11pm and the area felt completely safe.
