Hottest hot tub around, great breakfast and the guy at the front desk was was incredibly kind and accommodating.

Cons:

You will have to pay extra for parking, like 40 bucks for the garage but outdoor lots near by for much much cheaper.

Cons:

The room was stuffy, tiny tv, I think my computer monitor is bigger. definitely not what was advertised. Location of tv where you had to lay in bed sideways to watch it… room felt cramped. Couldn’t cool the room down at all no matter how I set the temp. Valet parking was ridiculously priced. Not a good experience.

Pros:

The staff are always so friendly. They like to joke around to bring a smile. And they always love to hear what you are in town for. This was our second time staying there and both times they made sure my daughter and I knew where we were walking to and made sure we made it back okay.

Cons:

I thought we were getting a different room. The online booking showed us a room With a large seating area but we for sure did not get the room I thought we were reserving. But none the less we needed a place to stay.

Cons:

Fire alarm went off 4.30am and while that is not a problem in itself, staff only told us it was a technical issue and did not clarify if we should stay out of the room or return while they worked on resetting the alarms. Other than that we had a very good stay.
