Cons:

Booked room and got there and was told I didn't have a room and the lady was very rude and seemed she didn't know what she was doing. We left and went elsewhere and the next day I was charged for the night that they stated I didn't have.
Also there was dog poop everywhere inside the lobby and at the entrance.

I was missing lead on and charged $20per day for parking to park at the hotel rm I paid for after the fact at checkout. Also $100 dollars for my pet additional when the conditions stated $75 per stay on the website. $125 dollars in hidden fees
Which i will be disputing for false and unscrupulous business practices.

Pathetic booking.com and the hotel both blaming each other and I had to find another hotel myself after 12 hrs driving w
Pros:

Booking.com cancelled my booking and never informed me . and hotel said booking.com cancelled . And I was standing for an hour at 11 pm at night trying to call booking.com and they picked up phone after 32 minutes and gave shameless excuses.

Cons:

Hotel and booking.com just kept blaming each other and I was on standing outside like a homeless person for an hour with 2 kids . And still didn’t get a response from any of them .
