Very happy with our stay
Pros:

Yet again, we had a great experience here. Will was our valet and took great care of us, making sure everything was right with our room as well. We had a couple little issues like a warm fridge that were addressed and fixed within minutes. Great and super friendly staff, even to congoers!!! The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast too!

Charged Twice
Pros:

Double charged for my stay. I paid up front directly through Booking.com and when I checked in they ran my card for the same amount but told me it was policy to run my card for incidentals. Today I looked at my account and both charges were processed and marked as complete. Be very careful with this hotel!!

Dirty. Loud. Not maintained. Awful.

Our room was not clean. And the panel door for the furnace system was literally hanging off.
I had to prop it up with the ironing board to make it stay somewhat covered. The indoor pool was very not sanitary and my 9 year old did not even feel comfortable getting in it. The bathtub/shower had what appeared to be pubic hair stuck on the walls and bathtub floor and the door to the bathroom had a brown substance on it that i am afraid to even know what it was.
The parking was horrendous and i had to make a parking spot in the grass. And then walk a very far distance with my 5 and 9 year old to even get to the hotel doors. Where I was never offered any help with my bags or anything. Our sliding door glass wasn’t secured into the frame of the window either, allow for outside air to get in and noise. I did my best to latch in the glass but couldn’t get them all secure.
For the amount of money I paid to stay there, i could’ve stayed somewhere much cleaner and more accommodating. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

We enjoyed our stay but likely won’t stay a second time.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and room was clean.

Cons:

The indoor pool and hot tub were really dirty. The hotel was massive and hard to navigate.
