Won’t stay again due to weird breakfast policy and rude staff.
Pros:

Room was good.

Cons:

Even though I booked a room for four people, the staff would only give us vouchers for two of us to eat breakfast. It was stated as included in the price when I booked the hotel. As a mom of two competitive dancers, this was very frustrating. I talked to the staff about it and they were very rude.

They put us in a room that was right next to the associates hall/corridors. There was banging, door slamming against the wall, carts rolling at all hours, so sleep was not good. They should use this room as a last resort. And I’ve never stayed somewhere where your only option is to pay to park in their parking lot because there’s nowhere else to park. I think next time we will be finding somewhere else to stay. Just overall not good. When pulling it looks nice, after getting to our room realizing it in fact was not. Our balcony view was the roof and you also hear airplanes nonstop. Some of our other business partners stated they could not hear the airplanes at all from their rooms.

Are they still good?
Pros:

Let’s start with Jack in valet he is phenomenal always ready to help rain , cold or sunshine Jack is available! The staff Sam is always amazing! Thanks for your efficient service and welcoming charm when I visit! Marty in the Members Lounge is always attentive and i appreciate that!

The security is high strung and night auditor attitude is horrible. So avoid the night auditor and security at all cost they can ruin your trip/experience. The night auditor loves to say No to everything and she always sounds like she doesn’t want to be bothered

Cons:

Booked room and got there and was told I didn't have a room and the lady was very rude and seemed she didn't know what she was doing. We left and went elsewhere and the next day I was charged for the night that they stated I didn't have.
Also there was dog poop everywhere inside the lobby and at the entrance.

I was missing lead on and charged $20per day for parking to park at the hotel rm I paid for after the fact at checkout. Also $100 dollars for my pet additional when the conditions stated $75 per stay on the website. $125 dollars in hidden fees
Which i will be disputing for false and unscrupulous business practices.
