Really disappointed with a lot of aspects. I had been looking forward to an Easter break away. It was expensive, the room was not equipped for my booking. Parking was expensive & I had to call for an extra towel each day & toilet paper?!

Fantastic service as always
Pros:

Great service as usual. Although the service at the pool to buy food and drinks took an excessively long amount of time - something to work on here!! Consierge, in particular a lovely man in a top hat called Brent was more than helpful and made us leave the hotel with a smile . Thanks!

Pros:

My family of 15 incl myself dined at the Cordis 8 buffet restaurant, absolute 10/10 experience! The staff, environment, atmosphere and the food: AMAZING! We were greeted with friendly smiles and such wonderful staff who were ready to usher us to our table, Molly really stood out to my family and I, she took care of us so well and was so lovely and friendly, not only to us but to everyone around, her attentiveness is what made me smile she remembered my sister saying we were there to celebrate our mothers 70th to which she surprised us with a small cake and candle (She did this to 2 other tables aswell and it made us so happy cause it really is these small but memorable moments that matter) thank you Molly, you really made the end of our night magical and Im sure the other guests thought the same thing.

Excellent central city hotel for a school holiday short city break
Pros:

An excellent CBD hotel, nice rooms, great pool and spa area. A great place for a school holiday city break.

Cons:

Some parts of the room could have been cleaner and the parking around the area is very expensive.

Amazing!
Pros:

Staff at Cordis were very accommodating, making our stay truly comfortable. The room was spotless, child-friendly, and perfect for our little one. The complimentary treats were superb and such a lovely surprise. Highly recommend for families 💖

Chandelier lounge experience
Pros:

As for a couple looking for a chill day to have an afternoon coffee, this is the place. The high tea is a must, as the selection is ample and every penny is worth it. And a big thank you to Jenry. Superb service.

Very relaxing, lovely time for families
Pros:

Very clean, gorgeous sized room and bathroom and enough room in wardrobe for everything.
Baby’s cot was set up and very clean and comfortable for baby to sleep well. Swimming pool was very nice as well as ordering from loungers.

Cons:

We were put in a joining room and walls were very thin, didn’t get much sleep ourselves as you could hear everything next door from the guests.

Room and facilities were great.
Pros:

Stayed here many times previously and will continue to stay here in the future. Location is great, Room and facilities meet our expectations.

Cons:

The pool opening at 8:30am it was school holidays after all. Kids were waiting patiently, watching 2 people swim. I feel this rule needs to be flexible during the school holidays period after all your advertising online is promoting come stay at a family friendly hotel.

Unprofessional and Overrated
Pros:

Terrible experience. I booked three rooms with the package included free upgrade and late check out. Only one room was upgraded and one of the other two rooms was missing furniture! And you guys locked all our rooms earlier than the late check out time and couldn't fix the issue. We had to rush the check out with access to our room to take the luggage only with your manager's keycard. And upon checking out you guys messed up the final invoice and accused me of not listening? The guy who checked us out even yelled to apologize for his mistake. Totally unprofessional and a way way overrated hotel. 
Overall terrible experience. The special package we paid for was basically a fraud. We paid more for the benefit of the package but in fact got none of them in return. Don't ever trust this hotel again and be mindful of the treatment you'll get upon check-out.

Best Hotel in Auckland
Pros:

Cordis delivers exceptional service from check-in to checkout. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch — an excellent gym, jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna and herbal steam rooms make relaxation effortless.

The Club Lounge is a standout feature and truly sets Cordis apart. Special thanks to Ashish and the management team: his attention to detail and personalized service keep my partner and me returning time and again. Outstanding hotel and outstanding staff — highly recommended.
