Amazing staff
Pros:

All staff are absolutely fantastic. So kind and genuinely lovely. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and the touches they did for that were beautiful

Cons:

The room is in desperate need of a refurb. The bathroom had a lot of mould and the bed head alk worn out, see photos. The furniture is dated and just need a real refresh. The breakfast buffet is amazing however it needs to be kept to a higher standard of cleanliness around the serving areas.

An amazing stay with helpful staff and always relaxing
Pros:

I loved how the hotel was nice and quiet without any extra noise. I had the most relaxing and comfortable stay here. Can’t wait to be back again.

Great hotel but uber or get a taxi if you are eating out nearby
Pros:

Delicious breakfast. Great facilities especially gym and pool. Room was big and had everything I needed.

Cons:

This is nothing that the hotel can do anything about however, the local side streets when I went out for dinner were difficult to navigate due to some of the people that congregate in those areas. I did not feel safe.
