Pros:

Location is most important.

Cons:

The room was older. The sink plug didn't unplug and couldn't get the window shut.

Absolutely loved it.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, great location, amazing facilities (pool, sauna, steam room), comfortable beds, beautiful rooms.

Pleasant but I wouldn’t eat there again
Pros:

The bedroom was lovely and bed was comfy. Chromecast from phone was a nice added touch

Cons:

Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Was a bit rough in places and looked old in general.
I was not pleased with the food I ordered at all - the Caesar salad seemed as though it had been sitting around all day the lettuce was very soggy and not pleasant to eat, the meat was also not good, for an expensive salad I would have expected much higher quality.

I felt very comfortable and well cared for!
Pros:

When I checked in it was my birthday and they upgraded me to a suite! This was very unexpected and made my stay really special. Very comfortable room (the bed was wonderful), and I had a lovely dinner and breakfast.

It was good... but they lost my chocolates
Pros:

The pool, the spa, steam room ... beds and pillows and of course being at the Cordis for the whole experience.

Cons:

There were a few little things but one thing that was not great was that they delivered a special box of chocolates I bought for my son to another room.

Which involved alot of following up.
I got a credit to cover the cost of the chocolates. But it also meant I didn't get to give the chocolates to my son and I had brought them especially.

I know it was just a mistake. But they were tagged and with the rest of my bags.

It also cost me time and means I now need to go buy more. It was a hassle I was not anticipating.

Pros:

Everything really impressed was a little worried

Cons:

trying to find a park was difficult as many around were only for 12 hours so I think it would be helpful if the car parking at hotel is full for better directions
