Nice stay
Pros:

Nice hotel with roof top pool.
Breakfast very good.
Lovely bar area.

Cons:

Housekeeping wasn’t good - didn’t turn up on one day even after asking twice. Not good for a 5* hotel.
Eventually dropped clean towels off at 9.30 pm ! Manager did offer good will gesture of a free breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived at 3:30 and we waited 45 minutes for our room. They did offer us a complimentary drink voucher but I have never had to wait for a room previously. The box that normally has the complimentary toothbrush, comb, toiletries was empty and had not been refilled.

Superb stay. One of the best hotels I've ever been in while on vacation. Great staff!
Pros:

Incredible staff! It's the small things that make places feel special especially when travelling from half a world away. A warm greeting when checking in (they said something along the lines of "Good evening Mr. ----------", the room we were in (executive) had complimentary snacks, even the little greeting cards on the beds which said "Mauri Tu Mauri Ora" etc. Spent a couple hours in the spa our final morning which was amazing. Even the valet/door greeters were great!

Could have been better!

The staff were professional, hard working and friendly

Cons:

This hotel is marketed as a 5* However, having travelled worldwide, and compared to other hotels, we believe this should be a 4 at best. I believe the pool possibly justifies the starring but it was dirty, loads of hair and the whirlpool was similar.

Phenomenal.
Pros:

The team at Cordis exceeded my expectations, they went above and beyond to ensure my family had a wonderful stay. I booked my partner into Chuan Spa for a Hot Stone Massage that he throughly enjoyed and could not stop talking about his experience! We also dined at Eight Restaurant, our server Kyla I believe her name was, was phenomenal! Very attentive and friendly. Thank you again to the team at Cordis! We will be back 😊
