Good hotel have been staying for many years when it was the Sheraton and the Langham

Cons:

I wish the amenities provided were a little better, considering it is a 5 star hotel. I expected the dental kit to come with floss, not just a sad toothbrush and toothpaste

Was clean modern and most of the staff were professional, there was 1 staff member I encountered to be rude however he did not take anything away from the 5 star service everyone else gave
