The air conditioning in the room could have been better. The lowest temp was set at 66 and would turn off in the middle of the night making the room warm and uncomfortable.

We would absolutely stay at the hotel again!
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The hotel was beautiful and the beds comfortable. Breakfast and the small lunch we had at the restaurant were exceptional. The shuttle driver, DJ, was very friendly and helped us get to know some of the locations when he drove us into Burlington. Plus- we love the warm cookies!

Hotel was very nice…welcoming and leaving staff very nice!…food was good too
Pros:

The front desk and shuttle guy that bought us to the hotel and to my rental were amazing…the other shuttle guy that bought us back to the hotel…the worst!!

Cons:

The house keeping took our garbage but never left new towels not changed the bedding …I had to ask for towels daily?!?

1-The AC system was noisy and even when we turned it off, there was ongoing noise from outside of our room/building over night.
2- Mattress and pillows were too soft, especially the mattress.

This place must itemize what is included as breakfast on the Booking.com reservation

Check in, Parking, Pool, Gym. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very nice and spacious. The restaurant is very spacious.

Cons:

Room was smaller than I remembered. Breakfast was somewhat complicated. It was included in our reservation but somehow the staff did not provide information on what was included with our reservation when we were seating. Also, not much of an explanation if the breakfast self service or buffet. The staff was overwhelmed. I had been at the same hotel a few years ago and I had a wonderful impression of the breakfast. This time, I have the impression that I have not been served what I had paid for because of the lack of proper staffing of the breakfast area.
