No shuttle no stay
Pros:

The shuttle was convenient and the drivers were so helpful! Complimentary cookies, coffee and infused water was nice.

Cons:

Didn’t know there was so much construction. Didn’t know our room was by the elevator. Location wasn’t very convenient without a car - Definitely wouldn’t stay again if there wasn’t the shuttle available. Didn’t know there was a temporary fitness center which was just a converted room with no free weights, no water or towels and frankly not safe for a female to be there alone (no glass doors, etc.)

L’hôtel est très bien située. Il est propre et confortable.

Cest mal insonorisé.
Nous avons été cependant déçu de constater qu’il y avait de la mauvaise information sur le site officiel de l’hôtel.

Avant de réserver, il était clairement indiqué sur le site de booking ainsi que sur celui de l’hôtel que deux services étaient offerts :
• Navette gratuite vers l’aéroport
• Stationnement gratuit

Or, à notre arrivée sur place, on m’a informée que :
• la navette n’était pas disponible à l’heure de notre départ (2 h du matin - par précaution, j’avais même confirmé par message que c’était effectif à cette heure et on m’avait confirmé)
• le stationnement pendant notre voyage était en réalité payant

Ces informations sont complètement contraires à ce qui est affiché sur votre plateforme et sur le site de l’hôtel.

Good price, attractive interior, nice rooms.
Pros:

We really like this hotel -- it's spacious, well designed, very pleasant interior. It's a little like an inside village, with walkways, sidewalk cafes, lots of plants.

The staff are excellent -- Daniel at the front desk, David hosting the breakfast, are just two names we caught -- really pleasant and helpful. Same for all housekeeping staff, waitstaff, and so on.

Burlington can be ovepriced for hotels, but the DoubleTree is an exception. It's near the university, and it's a pleasant 1/2-hour walk to the downtown/lakefront. I believe they have a shuttle to the airport and medical center.

Cons:

No complaints.

Cons:

When booking this room on booking.com it quoted $151.00, I ended up getting charged $181.00 - That's quite a big difference i.e. greater than 15%, it would be fairer if these prices were more accurate.

A hotel to appreciate.
Pros:

The cleanliness was a fine experience...and the atmosphere, the ambience with the vegetation & water features
downstairs was very welcoming & soothing.. The fact that the room was nice & cool & comfortable was a real
bonus, as that day it was extremely hot outdoors, and so upon entering the entrance & the pleasant lobby, it
was so refreshing. The next morning my husband & I enjoyed a pleasant breakfast buffet. The staff was very cordial.
All & all it was a restful place. A recommendable hotel.

Cons:

As comfortable as the duvet was- because of the heat it may've been preferable to have had lighter blankets
during the summer season (the duvets for the fall & winter.)
Also- (a personal preference)- I would've liked 4 facecloths instead of two, but when we arrived, it was late, so
didn't want to disturb for room service...Other than that it was a restful stay. Thank you, Staff ;)

Pros:

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the free and accessible parking. Liked the bottled water in the room and hair dryer. It was quiet and comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean.
