Very enjoyable
Pros:

Location was great. Room size and friendly staff. Front office manager Kristina was great. Also waiter Heskeet was exceptional.

Cons:

Room could use a deep clean.
Too many flys on breakfast buffet

Great location. Level of service need improvement for the price we paid.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Trivet restaurant was a highlight.

Cons:

The experience at check-in was disappointing. The staff was not especially friendly. Drinks were offered to other guests at check-out but not to us. The man with glasses at check-in came across as particularly cold and unfriendly. Room cleaning was inconsistent. On 2 occasions, we returned to our room after 5.00 pm and found it hadn't been serviced. We had to request cleaning. We had lunch at the Forum bar but unfortunately the food quality was very poor and poorly presented.

Really unorganized and chaotic breakfast! Would be much more efficient if they just put a coffee stand there! Also NO HOT WATER to shower

Location and facilities were good but experience really let down by the service.
Pros:

Location was central and close to the harbour precinct.

Cons:

Staff were not helpful, room was not ready as advertised and took 6 hours to fix. Also three days in a row our room key didn’t work and had to be replaced each time. We also had to move cars for the valet as they couldn’t drive so we had to move other guests cars to get to ours.

Fique no sofitel de Auckland, infinitamente melhor em todos aspectos.
Pros:

Localização, quarto bonito mas acústica péssima, academia ótima com exceção do ar condicionado que estava sempre quente.

Cons:

Equipe de café da manhã rude, tive que brigar para que fossem gentis. O hotel tem quarto demais para áreas comuns de menos por isso todos lugares são cheios e equipe vive stressada. Todos os dias o café da manhã parecia uma estação de metrô na hora do rush, o que não deve ser assim quando se apresenta com a bandeira JW Marriot. Fiquei no sofitel na mesma viagem e é infinitamente melhor em tudo!!
