Igual el restaurante Marroquí podría mejorar un poco. Los bares y restaurantes que dan el rio Nilo están realmente fantásticos por la noche y el personal 10/10. espero volver pronto!

Nothing. The experience was disappointing from start to finish.

Cons:

The hotel showed no flexibility and provided very poor customer service. Even though Booking.com was involved in the communication, the hotel refused to offer a reasonable solution and focused only on additional charges. The staff were unhelpful, and the entire process was frustrating and stressful. I expected much better service from a hotel of this level.
