Quiet and convenient
Pros:

Quiet, yet walkable to everything downtown. Love having a well equipped kitchen! Very cool place to stay while in Nashville.

Cons:

The locks system needs to be updated. We had a serious problem with our lock and tho we promptly received a new room assignment, the keypads couldn't always be trusted.

Nashville Mint
Pros:

Front desk helped us with our door lock. Helped us to get another room for the next night at a different Mint hotel. We ended up cancelling due to parking extremely high to park at Nissan stadium. I feel we should had gotten a refund since we cancelled early morning. Missed the AC/DC concert due to parking expenses. I think AC/DC owes us money for postponing the show a day later🙁

Would be great with proper management but as of now it is just okay.
Pros:

The place was beautiful and very clean. The location is unbeatable and in concept a wonderful business but there are issues.

Cons:

Despite the amazing accommodations, this place suffers from poor property management. The booking and confirmation process proved to be extensive and frustrating. I booked the king suite and they took payment for the booking right away. They sent a link for virtual check in and I followed instructions and entered my credit card number for the deposit ($200 additional charge.) the charge was rejected for some reason. I never received the check in email nor would it allow me to try to charge the deposit again. We called after a few hrs and no instruction as our check in time was quickly approaching. The operator was nice enough and sent us a new deposit link. I paid the deposit and it went through luckily but I still never received the instructions for how to access the property. We got into town shortly after check in time and sent another email asking for check in instructions after which they sent them. The problem is they sent us someone else’s check in instructions for a different location. I received a second email immediately after apologizing for the false information and to tell us we would have to go to the desk when we arrived because they needed to suddenly verify our identity and see the card we used. We did that exactly only to find we would still have to wait to find out if we were approved to rent the room.. Mind you we already paid over $475 to the company at this point. As it turned out we were approved. Thank goodness as at this point it was 8pm. Then a thunderstorm and rained through the grotesquely wide gap in the rear veranda doors no matter how well we shut and locked them. We spent our evening being sprayed with random penetrative spray from said door. lol The concept is great but ultimately the process is antiquated and convoluted. Just frustrating all the way around.

Our stay was great.
Pros:

We came in for New Years Eve Bash. Staying here was a simple 15-20 minute walk to all festivities.

Cons:

The production of the New Years Eve Bash was awful, but that had nothing to do with where we stayed.

Spacious units. Locations was good. Still had features of the Mint reserve

Cons:

The 2 bedroom units only had one bathroom which you had to access through one of the bedrooms. This is not ideal for 2 couples sharing a 2 bed unit!!

Cons:

Freezing cold floors, shower didn't work properly.
Had problems with both check in and check out including lots of issues with codes not working to get in/out.
Only one towel each, would have been nice to at least have hand towel each.

Great place, good location, unique property, very secure, We loved it
Pros:

Far enough from the busy downtown for noise and activity to be quiet but plenty close enough to be walkable. We walked from the Ryman at 11:00 at night and felt safe the entire way.
Great unique building!

Cons:

Paying for on-site parking. Felt like we were already paying a premium price for the apartment, parking should have come with it, not add another $45!
