Hotel is barely a 2 stars hotel. Starting with the elevators they are supposed to have 4 but only two work properly. Also, when you check in they say they have 6 restaurants, that’s a lie they only have two “specialty restaurants “ for dinner and impossible to get a same day reservation. Only one bar for whole facility. Buffet restaurant is too small and you have to make a big line every time you want to eat. Hotel does not have A/C at the lobby/bar area. Property conditions are poor, hotels need maintenance and remodeling. Only two pools and very difficult to get sitting there. I won’t recommend this property for future staying.
The staff are all friendly. The food are marvelous and very tasty. I just dont like our room, you can hear the noise of the water from the pipe from other rooms. The concierge doesnt have foreign exchange but overall experience was great. Will definitely come back and recommend!

Excellent service by every single staff member that I spoke to during my trip. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and went above to ensure my questions were answered and needs were met.
IT WASN'T GOOD CHEAP HOTEL BAD FOOD PRICES FOR THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE LESS THAN A 100$ A DAY. THE ELAVATORS WERE HOT AND SLOW. THE AC IN THE ROOM WAS CONTROL TO LIKE 70%. THE TOWELS WERE STAIN. THE BLANKETS WERE STAIN.THANK GOD I ONLY STAY ONE NIGHT AND SWITCHED.
Staff were excellent. Very happy with the hotel and all the workers. I will definitely be coming back.

The quality of the service was really exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The food was delicious and the swimming pool was great. The downside is the quality of the facilities. The tower is old and although the entrance atrium is really nice, there are a few things that are outdated. For instance, the elevator is slow and really hot inside. The conditions in the room were also not great. The air conditioning worked well (thanks god!), but they have a few minor items that were either run down or broken. For instance, the main large mirror had desilvering all around (black regions and spots), the lift rod of the drain stoper in the sink was broken and a few other minor things.
The bottom line is that this is a great place with exceptional works and nice environment/vibe outside the room. However, if you want a luxurious room, then you will be disappointed. In any case, I highly recommend this place.
The hotel and staff was great. The AC was not the best
The wait staff was good. The woman who made the fresh quesadillas was amazing. But getting a reservation in the app didn’t work. The reception employees were terrible with service. And I’ve never been to a hotel who didn’t give you a room at 2:30p instead of 3p, go away come back in a 1/2 hour and then wait till they are ready to help you.I would NOT RECOMMEND!

No opciones de comida , los restaurantes q supuestamente son tres permanecen cerrados, los abren alternos , una reservación nos tocó esperar una hora y la otra Cdo llegamos, teníamos una reservación para 11 y al llegar nos dicen q era solo para 8,en la piscina tienen muy buen servicio pero la piscina de los menores estaba resbalosa
I have stayed at several properties in Cancun and this hotel is okay at best.
Room - The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and the AC did not go below 74 degrees. We even had maintenance come look at it. We had issues with the shower draining and the toilet constantly running that maintenance looked at as well. When we would have house keeping done - we would get 3 towels (3 people in the room) but no floor mat, hand towel or wash clothes. We would have to call daily asking for more.
Restaurants - We felt like this was deceiving because not all of the restaurants are open daily and you must make reservations ahead of time for them, aside from the buffet. The food at the restaurants was okay/decent. The buffet was not good at all with very limited options. The smallest buffet I’ve seen at an all inclusive. At the buffet it was very hard to get simple things like water, coffee, maple syrup, etc.
Also, the cafe does not do any coffee flavors/syrups and bars are not open until 11am.
Grounds - Very dated hotel. The elevators are extremely hot and slow and the pools are just okay. They are pretty small.
Staff - We had overall great experiences with staff. Kevin, Fernando and Pedro just to name a few.
Overall, this hotel is not worth what we paid and we had to make the most of it.
The beach was beautiful and amazing!

Me hospedé recientemente y la experiencia fue muy buena. La ubicación es inmejorable: playa limpia, agua cristalina, sin sargazo y muy cerca de la zona de antros, bares y restaurantes.
Las instalaciones son decentes. Las albercas están muy bien cuidadas y la zona de camastros es cómoda, pero el hotel en general luce algo antiguo. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y tenían aire acondicionado, aunque en las áreas comunes no hay, lo cual puede ser incómodo en horas calurosas.
El servicio fue excelente, todo el personal fue amable, servicial y siempre al pendiente. En especial Rosamaría, la concierge, quien nos atendió con un trato impecable y cálido durante toda la estancia. Se nota que les importa el bienestar del huésped.
La comida del buffet fue regular, con opciones algo repetitivas, pero los restaurantes de especialidad sí mejoran mucho la calidad. Lo negativo fue el sistema de reservaciones: habíamos apartado una cena en el restaurante italiano, pero nunca nos informaron que estaría cerrado ese día, lo que nos obligó a repetir cena en el mismo lugar y llegar sin reservación, lo cual es incómodo.
El ambiente es relajado, cómodo y seguro, ideal tanto para parejas como para familias. Entre semana se disfruta más, aunque el fin de semana hay más gente.
En general, una buena opción con excelente atención, gran ubicación y un ambiente muy relajado. Con algunos ajustes en su logística y mantenimiento, podría ser fácilmente una experiencia redonda. ¡Gracias por recibirnos!
