Just what I needed...
Pros:

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was just what I needed for a 2-night stay for a business trip. I would book a stay in the future.

Pros:

very friendly, offered great services. only downside was the one restaurant closes early and the bar has limited seating BUT they went out of their way to accommodate us. making sure we had a table in an area close to the bar

Unexpected stay after leaving the Plaza
Pros:

Room was much bigger than we expected, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful

It was very enjoyable and would have been perfect minus the issue at check in
Pros:

It was very conveniently located since we were there for a tournament at the convent center. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive, courteous and friendly each day we went there for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was amazing, my teenagers loved it. The rooms were very clean and spacious for the 4 of us.

Cons:

The only problem I had was that the front desk took 2 separate authorizations on my card for room and tax after I told them and showed them that I prepaid the room and tax. The front desk staff needs to check on all 3rd party reservations and Booking.com needs to do their part as far as sending the hotels the proper info ahead of time so that the guests are not dealing with this problem and not having access to funds while they are out of state with their kids.

I am going to have to follow up on the free breakfast included in my package. I know booking sent e mail Saturday confirming the free breakfast. Hyatt response was they do not look at emails until Monday!

The Hyatt experience was very comparable to the other 5-star hotels in Columbus if not better!
Pros:

It was a good stay, and my overall experience was very good. I like my room and the front desk was very informative. The valet experience was simple and the attendants were very courteous and attentive.

Super Service
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff friendly and courteous. Everything was well kept abd in good condition. Loved the size of the TV. Only wished I had another option besides Comcast to view my netflix.

Didn't meet our expectations :(
Pros:

We booked the Hyatt for a dance competition stay in Columbus at the Convention center. While the hotel was nice, it was not catered toward children AT ALL. There is no pool, there are conflicting reports for this hotel online, some say pool, some say no pool. There is no agreement with any other neighbor hotel to use their pool either as we were told by guest services. The buffet breakfast was $24 per person and was less than sub par. I've had way better breakfast at hotels for free. The valet was horrendous. When retrieving our vehicle we watched people come and go and our car still wasn't there. When the 2 vehicles in our group were brought up the valet walked away and one of the people in our party was in a wheelchair. There was no offer of assistance at all. I've stayed at a lot of places and this wouldn't be at the top of my list when visiting Columbus again.
