It was amazing clean the elevators were great food options good. Staff very helpful the valet was clutch. I am really looking forward to future stays.
Had a great experience at Hyatt Regency Columbus. The first night I was there early in the week I had serious issues with their food food service. I complained about it to management who very quickly took care of the problem and went above and beyond in doing so. Each nightthat restaurant had fantastic service and friendly staff. It was nice to sit such issues addressed with such immediacy. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly, something you would expect at a high-end resort with the treatment. Will definitely be back again
We visited this hotel specifically because it's within close walking distance of the Nationwide Arena. A couple of friends and I stayed here for one night to go to a concert and the room was so clean and had everything we needed! The hotel staff was very welcoming and provided clear info on the parking garage nearby as well as the amenities on the property. Would definitely come stay here again! Also, LOVE the later check-out time at noon:)
The staff was very friendly. The lobby and hallways of the hotel were clean. The Cafe and restaurant located inside the hotel were good.
They had to switch my room TWICE when I checked in due to a heavy cigarette smell. They young lady was very helpful, but that was a little frustrating. The iron in my room didnt work properly and spit out rust on my pants and the cord would not snap back into the iron. The mattress was NOT comfortable and when I pulled back the covers and pillows, there was a ball of hair. Honestly, the long hot shower was the best and only thing that room had to offer.
Hotel was wonderful. Room was huge . Everything was clean and working properly. The staff was super friendly and professional
The street outside of room (High Street) a bit noisy, loud cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Very friendly staff. Elevators can be slow when the hotel gets busy. Overall I would stay here again, I would just request a room that is not on the side of High Street.
The team was amazing, going above and beyond at every turn. My room was comfortable, clean and modern with great view on the 20th floor. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast was my favorite! Even though the hotel has busy with different groups, I never felt inconvenienced. Great location, central to walkable downtown.
Amazing experience! Beautiful place with access to so many things! Friendly and helpful staff! Wish I could have stayed longer!
