Everything was great other than a few minor issues- I would stay there again, if in the area.
Pros:

Loved the room, close to everything that we needed, the bar and bartender we very nice!

Cons:

The floor in the shower was so slippery I had to put a towel in there to make sure I didn't slip and fall while I showered. We ran out of tissues. I could tell extra starch is used when cleaning the sheets, they almost felt hard.

Pros:

Clean, spacious room with a beautiful view. Great food court with lots of choices. Friendly staff, and Debbie was especially helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again!

Hyatt Regency - Columbus
Pros:

Hotel was clean and all the staff was very hospitable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Columbus. The food and drinks at the Big Bar on 2 were delicious and loved that Starbucks is attached in the convention center. There are also several restaurants located at the food court too. It was nice that in the freezing cold, that I did not have to travel outside for anything unless I wanted to.

I stayed in the Hyatt while attending a work conference. The location, professionalism of staff, cleanliness and comfort of the bed were all outstanding.

Great staff and pleasant stay.
Pros:

I stayed here for business. Very clean and friendly hotel. Bianca. Of the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Greg at the lobby bar was awesome, too. This hotel has several amenities and a good location. The food court attached downstairs is helpful if you are in a hurry, too. Thabk yiu housekeeping for a clean room. I will stay here again.

The hotel stay was excellent as always.
Cons:

Did not like how they doubled the room rate for 1 night because of the Jason Aldean concert down the street at Nationwide Arena.
