Great location. Nice rooms. Great city. good breakfast. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Our first room was a bit noisy, but we moved to a quiet one which was great. Quite pricey, but that's Chicago in this location I think.

Overall, my best hotel experience yet! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chicago any time soon!
Pros:

I loved the scenery, the convenience of the location, the big beautiful bar upstairs that felt like a night club, and how easy the check in process was.

Cons:

The ONLY things I didn’t like was the parking/valet prices and the fact that the rooms don’t come with trash bags in the trash cans… Not that big of a deal but I basically had to go through a bit just to throw things away.

the rooms were very clean , spacious, the location is within the loop.. you can walk to navy peir, do the water rides , very massive bar, and very afforable food in all the restraurants, good taxi service at the front desk...btw the train works very well incase you

$475 for 1 night! We literally checked in , dropped off bags came back at 11pm showered, slept and checked out at 8;30am

I wouldn't recommend it
Pros:

The overall experience was disappointing. The food was very basic and nothing special, while the restaurants offered poor quality with very limited variety. Even basic amenities such as complimentary water or an espresso machine in the room were missing. The facilities and atmosphere felt outdated, the staff was not particularly helpful, and the hotel was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Overall, it did not meet expectations in terms of service, comfort, or quality.

Cons:

I have been to many Hyatt Regency hotels all over the world, this is not a Hyatt Hotel.

Great location, amazing staff.
Pros:

We loved the room except for the mattresses, which were way too soft and need replacement. It was expensive considering--$700 a night with all the fees.

The location was good. Walking distance to many restaurants and to attractions.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was not clean at all, shower had hair from previous people who stayed, the sink in the bathroom and shower has plumbing issues where water takes a while to go down. The lighting is bad! Only small lamps around the room.
