Incredible Experience!
Pros:

What a lovely hotel! Pristine, large, well-appointed rooms that include a chaise lounge. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms on the Chicago River side are incredible, including a direct view of the Hancock Building. It was a cozy, restful stay and I would absolutely recommend that you stay here.

10/10 Hyatt Recency Chicago is the GOAT
Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here at the Hyatt. The atmosphere, staff, accommodations, accessibility and cleanliness were topnotch. I have stayed here the last couple of years for a conference and myself and fellow team members will continue to stay here. Thank you for all you do and making our stay enjoyable.

Fancy vibe for a good price!
Pros:

Family friendly, clean and very affordable. The vibe is quite fancy for the price. My kids loved the escalator and glass elevators. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Pros:

部屋が広くてのんびりできる。アメニティはほとんど置いてないので頼んで持ってきてもらわなければならないので、英語話せないときつい。チェックイン時にお水もらえるのはありがたい。

Cons:

広いから寒いときはなかなかあたたまらない。広いからエレベーターから遠い部屋が本当に遠い。

Exceptional service from Monique after a long journey

We arrived at Hyatt Regency Chicago at 2:54am after traveling all the way from the UK, and despite the very late hour, we were welcomed with the warmest, happiest energy by Monique at check-in.

Monique was an absolute star. She greeted us with a genuine smile, made us feel instantly at ease, and guided us through everything with such kindness and professionalism. After a long journey, her positivity and care made a huge difference—exactly the kind of hospitality you hope for but don’t always get.

She truly went above and beyond and is a real credit to the hotel. Thanks to Monique, our stay started on the best possible note. Please recognize her—she made our arrival unforgettable!

Hotel with Very Poor Service
Pros:

Very poor customer service from top to bottom. No leadership. Towels in the bathroom had stains on them and the staff at the hotel were rude and disrespectful.
