Hotel was really nice, clean, and staff was very friendly.
When I booked it listed 5 restaurants. When we went to dinner only one was open with only 1 waitress working. Dinner took forever to get served. Food was good but took way too long
Everything even though it’s a bit pricey.
Not enough restaurants
The bed
The walk from parking was uphill..
This month I returned to the Hyatt Regency Dallas as a Globalist and WOW... I felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me and my wife vs. when I was just a mid-tier Explorist.
The pre-arrival messages from Michelle T, the guest experience manager, was some of the best communication I have ever received and I have over 15+ years, 1200+ nights of business hotel stays under my belt. Michelle has always done a great job making us feel like a valued WoH guest even before my ascension back to Globalist (I finally decided to abadon re-earning Titanium status at another brand since there was no difference between that and Platinum or even my Lifetime Platinum status at most properties!). She even congratulated me on the new status showing quite an awareness and personal touch.
She definitely delivered above and beyond service ensuring we got a last minute reservation to Crown Block (through her network) to celebrate my wife's 25th greek anniversary weekend and did all this on her day off! 🤯
A big thanks to her and the extended staff for such dedication to a superb guest experience! We truly enjoyed our entire stay from start to finish and will be looking forward soon to our return to Dallas and the Hyatt Regency!
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming every visit! I travel often as a single female, and have always felt comfortable, safe, and cared for by the staff. The latest stay was especially special- I received a beautiful gift basket when checking into my room! The rooms and facilities are kept impeccably clean and feel extra luxurious. If you’re a single female traveling for fun, business or pleasure, I can’t personally recommend Hyatt Regency Dallas enough!
Good conference hotel. We'll organized. You have to walk > 0.6 miles to find other restaurant ans store options. Located between the railroad tracks and highways.
We always have a great experience with Hyatt. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and it truly feels like home to us every time we stay 😍
Lovely hotel with fairly spacious rooms. Great views. Convenient location for most things in the downtown and area and for accessing freeways. I do like hotels with a location that allows you to walk down the street to find cute coffee shops, restaurants and bars. That does not happen at this location. They do offer several spots for dining in the hotel, we didn't try the nicer ones. The more casual spots were ok but not so good I would go back just to eat there if there was another option. Housekeeping did not make it to our room before 4:30 pm which was disappointing.
This is a great hotel in a very convenient place - it is very close to the center of Dallas, next to Reunion Tower with wonderful views of the city. The staff are incredibly helpful and there are plenty of eating and drinking options on site. What impressed us most was how comfortable the beds were, and also the amazing bar in the center of the hotel. It was a ten minute walk to Dealey Plaza/JFK Memorial and the Grassy Knoll, and then a further 10/15 minutes to get to great restaurants and the buzzy life of Dallas. We used the valet parking which was reasonable and very efficient, but the self-parking was close by and also seemed easy.
Great hotel in a nice location. Some walkable restaurants nearby, but the restaurant itself had a good variety of restaurants/places to eat within itself. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints. :)
Wonderful hotel, helpful staff, great food/restaurants and atmosphere, can't wait to go again next year. Highly Recommended!
Great hotel awesome staff .03 miles from dealy plaza walking distance to the Grassy knoll and Texas schoolbook depository museum.
Very clean and relaxing room. Great service in lobby coffee and gift shop. Associate at front desk was very knowledgeable about Dallas businesses and sites of interest.
the room and view were good.
