C’était degeulasse.
La chambre n’était pas faite. De la nourriture pourrie le frigidaire avec des coulisses pourris à l’intérieur
Lacabeau avec plein de pâte à dents des coulisses de sauce ou autre partout dans la cuisine
Des pilules de quelqu’un sur le comptoir de la toilette avec des poils
Toilette pas lavée En plus tout était brisée poigne de porte table ect.
Tout. Et malgré ça booking ne veut pas me rembourser alors que mon ami avec expédia l’a été.
I like the female associate she greeted me with a smile she was very pleasant. I also enjoyed the area of the hotel. I also liked the layout of the room that we had.
The rooms were dirty had vomit in the sink, the room had a mildew smell with bleach disinfect, the bathroom had mold the room was just horrible, The sheets and blanket on the bed was stained as if it wasn't changed by house keeping. The fridge was dirty someone left there food in it, just overall they need to fire house keeping because they're not doing there job anyway. I tried to use the business center and the printer didn't work.
I was hoping the previous reviews were inaccurate but the facilities are truly unclean and run-down. The pool was so frigid, we couldn't swim. Breakfast was adequate and we were able to sleep sound for the one night we were there. The location is tucked away from traffic and outside of Burlington which was what we were looking for.
Cleanliness, room supplies, pool temperature and room improvements are needed.
Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was decent.
They are NOT affiliated with Sonesta Suites, they are independently owned & operated.
1st room they gave us was dirty, dog hair and dog food all over the floor. Tables and counters were dirty, fridge had jelly shelves.
2nd room was cleaner, but there was not enough light, we had to turn on every light in the room. Carpet was stained.
Overall I didn't feel clean in the room.
The staff were kind. They did not help until the situation was desperate. I am still waiting for a response from the manager to refund my stay. I will rate their response if it happens.
Cockroaches in my disabled mother’s bed and all over the kitchen and bathroom. Zero housekeeping service when I asked for help. The shower flooded into the kitchen and finally I got help when the kitchen had two inches of water all over the floor
The one staff member who checked me in was really nice.
The suites were big and technically had everything you would want, and could have been great
The smell in the room was unbearable. A mixture of cleaning product (?) and old smoke. Breathing it in felt horrible. The shower curtain rod was broken and when I went to the front desk, the morning person was disinterested in helping out. After much convincing, he agreed to give me a different room...that one smelled even stronger, had a stained bathtub and a spider literally crawled out of the tub and towards me when I opened the door. I went back to my orginial room and just dealt with the shower curtain situation. Water damage on the ceiling in several places. There was garbage in the trash can when I arrived. Why did I stay here? Because I rushed to book and did not read the reviews. You can find a better hotel, do not stay here.
Room for family, was quiet and Connie ent to where we needed to be.
Not especially clean or modern-non smoking yet cigarettes on the ground in stairwells and sidewalks.
The location is great. Minutes from downtown Burlington and right off the highway. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast. The size of the unit we stayed in was great, and the access to a full kitchen really REALLY came in handy and helped us to save money throughout the stay because we were willing to cook a few meals for ourselves.
I really wish it was cleaner. I also wish it was more updated. The photos on Booking.com are accurate for the layout of the unit, but the beds are hard (or warped), the pullout couch was dented and uneven from so much use, the bathrooms have TINY bath towels and NO towel for a floor mat after a shower. The property itself has a lot of potential but needs to take the housekeeping portion of the work a LOT more serious to ever get another dollar. And maybe, just maybe a front desk staff that's not afraid to smile every so often.

L’hôtel est bien situé. Nous avons apprécié le lit King et ma grandeur de la chambre. Le personnel de l’accueil était sympathique.
Les oreillers n’étaient pas confortables et nous avons trouvé la période pour déjeuner un peu courte (7h à 9h).
