Pros:

the size of the room, amenities, location

Cons:

heat did not work properly, door was not properly sealed cold draft coming through, did not lock or remain closed when we left the room, upstairs toilet did not flush, did not remove snow/ice from the inclement weather AND the day we were to check out there was no power and the staff did not alert us of this. had to walk to another room with a functional bathroom at which the cleaning staff came to our room with no knowledge either and with no change of sheets, vacuum, few cleaning supplies which made me wonder..

Pros:

Comfortable bed, quiet & accessible location.

Cons:

The facilities were pretty run down and not very clean. The tub had places where water sat instead of draining, causing hard water stains. None of the cups in the cabinets were clean, nor was the coffee maker. There were no extra blankets or pillows despite there being a sofa bed. There were mice droppings in one of the bedside table drawers.

Pros:

There was a full kitchen, it was warm

Cons:

We reached out for support when the tv wasn’t working and they did not follow up or offer to switch it out. When we first got there there was toilet paper and the holder on the bathroom floor. No pots and pans to cook with like there are in other rooms we have stayed in there. The counters paint was peeled and didn’t look great like in the photos. We expected more from the king suit. We were on our honeymoon.

Disappointing
Pros:

I like that there was enough for my entire family and a full kitchen

Cons:

Upon arrival we noticed multiple holes in the walls in both both bathrooms the kitchen and upstairs bedroom my husband immediately took pictures and took them to the office to ensure they were aware they were there BEFORE we arrived it’s been a month now and I still have not received my deposit! Very disappointed. I would share the pictures but they are on my husbands phone and he’s currently working. I will try to add later

Comfy made the fireplace manageable after i cleaned it first floor east access
Pros:

The easy access, fireplace is an amazing feature. Pool is great and location. Did I mention the fireplace

Cons:

Fireplace was broken kitchen lights were broken and trash was piled everywhere outside and the skinks were abundant because of that…

Housekeeping attempted to enter my room at 9:30am.

Great location, clean and comfy beds, nice staff but dirty carpet, non-functioning tvs and closed pool were very disappo
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was great and the breakfast was decent. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The carpet was super gross, 2 out of the 3 tvs didn’t work (one didn’t even have a remote), couldn’t use the coffee pot as the lid was missing, the dishwasher was full of dishes. And the pool was not open.

The room was a great except, mold in the shower, missing tile floor, moldy dirty carpet, sleeper couch that was dirty, leaning toilet, loose/ wobbly kitchen table.

We didn't eat the breakfast Because the hotel was so bad we assumed the food would be too

Cons:

The one room had mold in the bathroom and kept my family up because the smell was so bad!!
The second room had a sliding glass door with a broken lock so we didn't feel safe there. When asked to switch rooms they said no other rooms were available. They were understaffed and not friendly at all. I am still waiting for a response from Booking.com to see about a partial refund and have heard nothing back. Very bad experience with both the hotel and Booking.com.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay this place
Pros:

This hotel shouldn’t be listed as so, this is more like a motel. Their breakfast was ok they serve tacos. The rooms were nasty and dirty, had to go by cleaning supplies to clean room and a steamer to make sure nothing came home with me. All types of outside bugs were inside room.

Cons:

Brittney the DM is a little too ghetto and very unprofessional. She definitely shouldn’t be dealing with the public.

Just too dodgy and not close to any local restaurants, etc. It's really not Burlington (misleading)
