Disappointing.
Cons:

Waited in the lobby for a while and no one was around to check us in. Was told the pool was open and when we got there it was closed. We ended up leaving and booking at another hotel.

Pros:

I liked the location and I also liked all the room within the suite. It's very spacious, roomy, and comfortable. Great for a group.

Cons:

I could tell the cleaning wasn't done with a lot of caring. As a housekeeper myself, i noticed many things were missed or cleaned poorly. But nothing was too bad or gross in any way.

I rather no. 10/10 do not recommend and will never stay there again.

The fact that our tv didn’t work our keys didn’t work, the pool was down after telling us it was open, us being woken up at 11:30 pm to people screaming and fighting outside our door to the point we called the front desk 4 times no answer so we ended up needing to call the police and hide our scared kids in the bathroom because of how bad these people were acting, people smoking weed outside our door so bad our whole room smelled so bad with 4 children in there with us. Being woke up at 4am again to the same people screaming and slamming eachother around, and to top it off our vehicle being broken into.

Not a bad stay. Would return for the comfortable bed hands down
Pros:

Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch. Big full sized kitchen with everything you need.

Cons:

First room (on the main level) had an ant problem. Those tiny ants. Lots of them. They did give me a different room (on the second level) but they should take care of all those tiny ants all over the surfaces. They didn’t say anything about needing to buy a fire log for the fireplace (I assumed it was an electric fireplace) so that info would have been helpful. Bonus that it was a real one though. Since they had to change my room due to ants they didn’t charge me for the one fire log I got from the office. Unfortunately the pool was closed which was one of the primary reasons I chose this place. So that was disappointing.

Comfy beds, nice staff, suite was in terrible shape.
Pros:

Comfy beds, friendly staff. We had no silverware and the front desk delivered some kitchen items quickly. Very good price. I know they are doing their best to renovate a very run-down place, I appriciate that it is a lot of work.

Cons:

The kitchen was very dirty, big holes in the walls, dirty walls, no way to use oven because no grills, no silverware. The bathroom also had holes in the door like someone had kicked it. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony and vomit in the snow. The breakfast was fine, good potatoes, only hard boiled eggs. Everyone puts their trash outside their rooms and the staff is not quick to pick it up. I know they are renovating, maybe don't rent rooms and suites that are in such bad shape.
