Great lobby, rooms were a good size with good layout
It wasn’t clean
Advertise as in Burlington it is in Williston. Stuff falling off ceilings. Deck unclean. Screen destroyed. Should pay me security deposit to stay. Then arrived in our room after a planned function to find property manager sleeping in our bed.
Pool area was nice and rooms were large. Bed was comfortable.
Mildew smell in rooms, trash everywhere around the property. Buildings could use a good cleaning and coat of paint. Room was not well cleaned as there was garbage under chair from previous guests.
Close to highway & loved the spacious room. The mattress was very comfortable & I slept well.
Stayed 2 nights and nobody came by and cleaned in between day one and two. The indoor pool was cold & the hot tub was not working.

Location and ease of parking
When we arrived, our toilet was dirty and caked with feces. The security lock was broken. The shower curtain rod was broken which didn’t allow the curtain to close completely hence water was on the floor. Towels were soiled and stained. We called for another set and they said someone would deliver them. They never showed up! So discouraging as this place has a lot of potential. The management has to do better!

The fact that the place was dog friendly was our main reason for booking. The beds were comfortable and the location suited our needs. Also there was really good water pressure so that's a plus I guess. All of the staff were very friendly. Also, the kids did enjoy the pool. The kitchen was relatively well equipped. However, we needed a sheet pan to make just about anything in the oven and there were none... Otherwise there are pots and pans and silverware to make basic meals in the kitchen.
To start with our room, televisions did not work for the entire 3 days. Some days there was nothing other days you maybe got one or two channels of pixely satellite. We called multiple times to try to see if there's anything we can do about it but never got anywhere. Alternatively, I wanted to use the room alarm clock to have some background noise when we left so that our dogs would not bark. That didn't have a power cord so it wouldn't work either. The shower looked like murder scene with rust in it, and I'm honestly not sure how the shower floor had two massive dents in it as if someone who weighed 900 lbs had stepped in. We had booked the room for four people but only had two towels in the bathroom. There were a variety of small cleanliness issues around the door frame, light switches and baseboards...Also, I know it's a pet friendly room but there were multiple circular stains in the carpet, and the curtains had multiple pinholes and rips. Also, the exterior landscaping had a lot of potential with some very beautiful flowers growing but they were overrun with huge weeds.

All the towels were clean but definitely have some nasty markings which was weird.
Convenient location. It appeared clean.
The bathroom in 1014 smelled like cat urine. When I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned from top to bottom, I am uncertain as to whether the request was handled since the dirty towels were still on the floor and no fresh towels were left. The smell remained consistent.
