Not much no pool no hot tub noise from other guests most of night

Musty fishy smell in room that would not leave even after I tried to air out room. Old furniture and old mattress and old linen. Dirty walls and appliances. Slipped on ice on walkway . Several patches of ice on walkways that were not sanded or salted while I was there for two days. Pool out of order. I wonder how they can insure this place. I guess at certain times of the year lodging is hard to find in the Burlington area so management/ owners do not feel a need to maintain or upgrade. Will not stay again.

Pool was closed, but we honestly didn't spend too much time at the hotel.

heat did not work properly, door was not properly sealed cold draft coming through, did not lock or remain closed when we left the room, upstairs toilet did not flush, did not remove snow/ice from the inclement weather AND the day we were to check out there was no power and the staff did not alert us of this. had to walk to another room with a functional bathroom at which the cleaning staff came to our room with no knowledge either and with no change of sheets, vacuum, few cleaning supplies which made me wonder..

The facilities were pretty run down and not very clean. The tub had places where water sat instead of draining, causing hard water stains. None of the cups in the cabinets were clean, nor was the coffee maker. There were no extra blankets or pillows despite there being a sofa bed. There were mice droppings in one of the bedside table drawers.

We reached out for support when the tv wasn’t working and they did not follow up or offer to switch it out. When we first got there there was toilet paper and the holder on the bathroom floor. No pots and pans to cook with like there are in other rooms we have stayed in there. The counters paint was peeled and didn’t look great like in the photos. We expected more from the king suit. We were on our honeymoon.

Poor breakfast choices.

Upon arrival we noticed multiple holes in the walls in both both bathrooms the kitchen and upstairs bedroom my husband immediately took pictures and took them to the office to ensure they were aware they were there BEFORE we arrived it’s been a month now and I still have not received my deposit! Very disappointed. I would share the pictures but they are on my husbands phone and he’s currently working. I will try to add later

Fireplace was broken kitchen lights were broken and trash was piled everywhere outside and the skinks were abundant because of that…

The front desk didn’t address it as the man continued to open other doors when checkout isn’t until noon

The carpet was super gross, 2 out of the 3 tvs didn’t work (one didn’t even have a remote), couldn’t use the coffee pot as the lid was missing, the dishwasher was full of dishes. And the pool was not open.

There was not a lot of parking at this hotel

The room was a great except, mold in the shower, missing tile floor, moldy dirty carpet, sleeper couch that was dirty, leaning toilet, loose/ wobbly kitchen table.
