Location
Room wasn’t completely cleaned
Restaurant has a great and delicious menu
All was good, except for the snowstorms
This was my third stay at this property. We love the location!
We want to say thank you so much to Gage one of the managers who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We can’t thank you enough, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment in the beautiful suite!
Thank you Stephanie for also going above and beyond by being so friendly and making us feel so welcomed.
We also want to thank Maddie, Orlando and Csilla for their help and also being so friendly ensuring we had a memorable stay.
We really enjoyed the restaurant breakfast and want to thank Courtney who took great care of us each day. He is always so friendly and made us feel so special.
Rooms are very well designed and it’s a plus they have a pool and M Club open on weekdays. I appreciate that they allow elite members to get breakfast from the buffet even on weekends.
Daisey and David at the M lounge were absolutely fantastic! They made us feel truly valued. Anything we needed they were there to help.
good location
The staff were not helpful, they were buffing the floors at 10:30pm and when I called the desk to ask them to stop they didn't even know it was happening.
Good location
View
You can't get more beautiful views from an awesome location than this property. The rooms are clean, all fantastic views, and the restaurants have stunning views as well. We went to the North End which was right there as well as the Aquarium! Families expressed their stay with young children was equally wonderful.
There was a $35 destination charge that we were unaware of. Of course we could use a credit for $25 they gave us towards breakfast. So, we used it but breakfast was $30 each for a buffet that closed down before we took more than a nibble plate. I dislike surprises like this and expected more from the Marriott. The wait for seating was 25 minutes and no one knew where staff went. Very odd.

Etwas kühl im Zimmer (draussen war es minus 10 Grad)
The Boston Long Wharf is arguably one of the best hotels in Boston. The location to the T transit system, the aquarium and steps from the North End.
The entire team is welcoming and is invested in your stay from making sure you have an umbrella on rainy days to letting you know the snow is falling and bring a hat. Also reminding you hot drinks are readily available either at their convenient Starbucks, at the bar, restaurant or even room service.
The hotel welcomes families and couples or folks on business and you won’t hear crying babies the walls of the rooms ensure you are in your own bubble.
Fantastic stay and we will continue to come back to the Long Wharf for many years to come.
It was my first time staying at this marriott property. Bridget was a huge help and answered many of my questions like parking, room views, and layout of the hotel prior to my arrival. She is a bubbly and friendly soul that will see to it that one’s staying is enjoyable. I was able to meet her in person the next morning to thank her personally. CSilla who checked me in was very friendly and explained where everything like the fitness room was (3rd floor) since the lobby is upstairs. My reason for the 3 stars is, the heating unit for the restaurant was broken and it was very chilly to eat. Also, the parking is only valet so if you forget something in the car they have to go down and bring it back up. The staff that I interacted with are excellent and helpful as are the valet folks, except for the one older gentleman who didn’t say thank you for the tip. The hotel is well situated and my room had a nice view of the water. Overall the staff gets 5 stars, valet 4 and heating unit in the restaurant 0.
Hotel: beautiful
Staff: outstanding
Concierge; (Deb) very helpful
Location: outstanding
Restaurant: ordinary
Bathroom in room: small
Room: ordinary. Could have used a small table for room service meals.
Paid around $700 a night and they wanted $16 a day for wifi. A real turn off. Also I wanted twin beds. They told me they had none. Then they said they did but the room had no views. Disappointing
