Pros:

The location is great and the a hotel is great

Cons:

It is ridiculous to show up after a reservation has been made and then be informed that you must pay $20 to park there!!! I felt like I was ambushed and didn't have any recourse or option. So therefore I will not stay there again. Thank you so much.

Pros:

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help. Happy hour 4-6 and very clean. Hotel conveniently located close to Nashville Airport with shuttle starting at 4:30 am. No free breakfast but has Starbucks.
