Very dissatisfied and disappointed
Pros:

I thought the beds were comfortable. Linens seemed clean. Most of the staff was nice.

Cons:

Our room was filthy! Mirrors not cleaned in several days or stays. Trash was on the floor, and left in trash cans. Soap left running down the doors of shower. Glasses were filthy. Then, I took my shoes of as we walked in the door. I had black socks on. By the time I walked from the door to the bed they were COVERED with pet/people dander, hair, dust and were nasty. So any time i was getting into my bed i had to use wipes to clean my feet off, to not get that mess in my bed.
I clean multi million dollar homes for a living, I would NEVER leave a clients home like this. Under the nigh stand was filthy, dust covered the headboards lamps and lampshades.
I went to the desk, they asked if we wanted to move. Well we probably should have, but chose to take the 2nd option to have the room cleaned again in the morning. We'll, they only swept part of the floor and wiped off the glass shower door.she didn't correct the dirty mirrors, or do the floors correctly.
I honestly expected to have a clean room, when you check into a 4 start hotel and spend $187 a night. I've had cleaner rooms at choice hotels, and even roadside travel lodges.
Then my friend couldn't get her key to work at 5am coming from getting coffee. I was asleep, they wouldn't give her a new card, wouldn't reprogram the current card. Well she got upset. They didn't do anything to help her, told her she had no business there. Believe me, I understand protocol, but this was taken to a level of being hateful. So no, I won't recommend your hotel. I won't give you a good review. This was a ministry event for us and it was not good accommodations.

I don't think i'll come back to this hotel because they need some maintenance done

food wasn't good at all, breakfast buffet food was lukewarm warm. ordered a nashville chicken sandwich it was horrible chicken inside wasn't cooked all the way
