Overall a great experience, but some staff were not friendly or helpful
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The gym was amazing! The restaurant staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were not friendly. They were not helpful at all with the checking process or giving us any information, such as when or where breakfast was or where to park. There were extra charges for each room for destination fees.

Would stay here again and highly recommend the
Pros:

Never stayed at a Sonesta. The property was beautiful, especially for an “airport hotel.” Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. Food at the restaurant was wonderful. Gym facilities and pool were nice. They stored our luggage so we could explore Nashville before our flight.
