La propiedad es linda y está bien ubicada

Cons:

No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto el primer día. Reclame por teléfono y no vinieron nunca. Bajé a hablar con el manager y me trató muy mal. Cuando me estaba retirando controlé la factura y me estaban cobrando nuevamente en mi tarjeta el valor de la estadía que ya estaban cobrando pagada en booking. Manager un desastre completo!!! Cambiarlo urgente

Credit of $18.00 wasn't applied to food room service .
I got charged that were suppose to be charged with the earlier booking and I was charged at the check out of my stay.

Superb !
Pros:

Confortable rooms, neat and quiet.

As to the restaurant Gold Coast, we received excellent and promt atentions, specially from Fanny and Aurea.
They are both, nice and efficient persons always assisting us with a wonderful smile. I particularly, would like to enfasis this.

Nice hotel to stay before a cruise
Pros:

We had a very nice stay before a cruise.
A convenient location with beautiful views of the cruise port, and walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store to stock up on last minute items.
We really appreciated having access to our room when we arrive (approximately 11:30) instead of needing to wait until around 3:00 like so many hotels make you do. That courtesy is enough to make us book there again!!
At the reception desk Flo was very helpful.

Good Stay with Nice Views
Pros:

The hotel is located not very far from the city center, about a 10–15 minute walk from the NBA arena, which is very convenient.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city or possibly the ocean. The hotel also has a good pool and fitness area.

Breakfast was quite expensive and fairly simple, which could be improved.

Overall, a good stay with a nice location and solid facilities.
