Good. Until they charged me twice for two nights and wouldn’t do anything about it!

I paid the stay off before the stay. The person who checked me in charged my debit card again! This will tie up the funds for ten days! They won’t even try to rectify the problem! So next year we’ll have a new hotel.

Goood hotel. Nice staff.
Pros:

I forgot my ear buds in the exercise room. Chad from security found them and tracked me down on my cell phone number that was on the case. Can’t thank him enough!

Hilton members enjoying the Marriott experience
Pros:

We didn't stay at the hotel but ate breakfast there the 3 days we were in Miami. Aurea was our server each day and she was absolutely LOVELY! She made sure we were all taken care of and well hydrated in the miami humidity. The food was good, the view was exceptional and Aurea was the icing on the cake. Thank you for making our Miami experience a great one! We'll be back for sure.

Not good when your toilet is not working!!

The view and location was good

Cons:

The toilet was not working in my room and I was not offered a credit back for the inconvenience or refund for the room. As of today I still have not heard form anyone about the situation.

The hotel did not meet my expectation.
Pros:

The facility was clean and my room was cleaned every day. Also I arrived early and was given access to my room.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, the offering was limited, egg and ham was the order of the day. Had to be requesting water from the front desk, water should be placed in every room. They hosted a major Caribbean event but did not cater to Caribbean people. Charges for collection of packages was a rip off. Also I paid for resort fee via booking.com and was still charged said fee by the hotel. This $140 fee needs to be refunded

Exceptional service
Pros:

I just stayed at this hotel. It was quite nice, better than expected. After I departed, I realized that I had left my ear pods in my hotel room. I called the hotel and was routed to lost and found. Yazdi Patel and Raiza in housekeeping found them and called me immediately. I thought there was zero chance of getting these back. But their exceptional service spared me having to place another order with Apple. Service at the hotel was exceptional!
