Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside

Our family stayed at your hotel on June 13th, and we had a wonderful experience from the moment we called for the complimentary shuttle to the moment we arrived. Traveling as a family of seven after a long flight into Orlando, your team made everything easy and welcoming.

Unfortunately, my husband’s luggage was lost by the airline, so our vacation didn’t start off the way we hoped. The next morning, we took the shuttle back to the airport to try to locate the missing bag — and that’s when we met Mohammad, the NICEST shuttle driver we’ve ever encountered.

He was incredibly kind and immediately offered to take us directly to the closest entrance for lost and found. He didn’t just drop us off — he walked us all the way to the window to make sure we knew exactly where to go. When the bag wasn’t there, he offered to drive us to our airline’s separate lost baggage area. He went above and beyond in every way, and his positive attitude was exactly what we needed during a stressful moment.

Mohammad truly made a difference in our day and helped turn our vacation around. His kindness set the tone for the rest of our trip, and we are so grateful.

We had an airline delay so we decided to just stay overnight in Orlando. I am a titanium member and can hardly ever use my upgrades. But when we arrived after a 15 hour day it was refreshing to have been helped by this angel -Davon King :) He worked with us and we got a lovely upgrade, spent the evening at the restaurant, just relaxing and catching up on sleep. The hotel is beautiful and has a lovely pool and the price point is not bad either!! Highly recommend!!

Jakhia at the front desk was phenomenal!! Our reservation was not showing up on her end even though it was showing in my Bonvoy app. She got us checked in at 8am. 8am!!! She also gave us a discount on the room. All that was great, but her personality and friendliness is was really made it a great experience. Give that girl a raise!!! Thank you, Jakhia!!! The guy with the really long braid was also very friendly. He deserves more than just the gift card for winning the country western dress up contest. He was the only one who participated!

I called and booked a room with exceptional customer service with Jakhia. She was attentive, caring and catered to all our questions. She is an invaluable asset to your company.

My stay was excellent. The pool area is so clean and vibrant with Floridian flora and fauna. Feels like a tropical getaway. An Thi who managed the lounge breakfast was so sweet and helpful - I looked forward to seeing her each day.

Great location for flying out of Orlando on the early flight and the staff was great . Karliya at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

The room was comfortable.

This hotel is awesome, and it is very spacious. Have several elevators. I liked that it was very close to the MCO airport. Pools were great and they were opened until late hours. Our room had a beautiful view and it was very comfortable. Having an empty minifridge in the bedroom was great because I could buy food and/or snacks for my son. Staff was very kind and helpful. Having an airport shuttle from/to the airport was a plus.

Overall great experience, everyone was very friendly but Jenilee at Crimson Cafe stood out, she was always smiling and had a very warm greeting, loved it

This place is so nice everyone is so good at their job however Jenni, Shes amazing at her Job she’s so patient always has a pleasant facial expression and always make sure we got what we need, big shout out to Jenni.

I wanted to leave a special note for Anthi in the concierge lounge. She was amazing during my stay.

Every time I came in, she was smiling, kind, and taking care of everyone. She made me feel welcome and honestly made my day. You can tell she cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does.

People like Anthi are what make a hotel stay memorable. Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside is lucky to have her.
