Not worth the extra price.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

I booked the hotel because bookings said there was mini-golf. There is no mini golfing!!!

Stay here!
Pros:

We’ve stayed here many times. Always clean and quiet. Front desk personnel are amazing. Highlight of each stay is the breakfast because the woman who manages that space (Anith?) is so friendly. She keeps the room well stocked and so clean. Always greats us with a smile. She’s a ray of sunshine!

Poor service in a poorly-maintained, poorly-cleaned property.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner and drinks were good except for a bartender who appeared to not want to be at work. The food servers and their supervisors were excellent — the only good aspects to anotherwise bad experience.

Cons:

Room was dirty. There was no info in the room re: dining or drinks or the property’s amenities. When I asked for same at the desk, the employee seemed surprised I cared about food or beverage availability. And he said no printed info on same was available. The bathroom was not clean and one towel was threadbare and torn. Others were definitely not plush. We both remarked that we’d stayed in Marriotts worldwide and this did not resemble the level of care and services we ordinarily expect of Marriott. We have resolved to not utilize Marriott properties in the future.

Give Marco and Lois a HUGE raise or bonus!
Pros:

First, I stay at this hotel ALL THE TIME! Between me and my husband, probably 30-40 nights a year. (I’m a platinum elite, my husband is an ambassador elite)

Today started, I called the front desk to get the shuttle to pick me up, I waited an hour with no van. I asked the courtyard shuttle driver where the Marriott van was, and I was waiting a very long time, he told me to get in and he would take me. I know that the hotels are only connected corporately - so I know he was only doing it to be super nice. He got me to the hotel and I tipped him $40 for going way out of his scope of duty.

I went to the reception, only to talk to a man with a septum ring who never once welcomed me. He never on e smiled. I explained to him I waited for over an hour for the Airport shuttle, his response was to put me in the crappiest room on the 3rd floor, as far away from the concierge level that you could get. And … to top it off, ever 5 minutes, the A/C makes A huge, scary noise!!

Highlights: Marco at the bar! Always a delight for a weary traveller and Lois in the concierge lounge Is amazing as always! You should give both of them a huge raise of bonus because they completely made up for the unaccommodating man at the desk. It’s people like Lois and Marco that are the face of this hotel.

Anthi makes the difference and why I’ll be back
Pros:

A person can make the difference!! This hotel has been great but up in the Marriott lounge is, you’ll meet “Anthi”. She makes all of the guests feel special as if they are the only person in the world. I hope this hotel realizes how lucky they are to have her. I will stay in this hotel every time I’m back in town.

Comfortable and easy access to airport.
Pros:

Hotel is close to airport but doesn’t feel like it. When I was there, it was still chilly to get in the pool outdoors, but the indoor pool was heated and a nice break in the evening. There are a few restaurants and a deli/store on site. I opted for the deli and the food was prepackaged but tasted well. It appears that the hotel had gone under recent renovations and the style was pleasant, although it had some very weird bathroom art that I still don’t understand what it’s trying to be.
