Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside

The experience was amazing, loved the food and atmosphere. The serve Jenilee was welcoming and awesome.

The service by ANTHI was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, eager to serve, kept the food full, said Hello & Welcome to everyone, said Good Bye and Have A Great Day, Thank You. Just A True Breath Of Fresh Air, Pride, & Hard Work

Lois was wonderful. She greets you with a smile and a pleasant hello upon entering the concierge lounge. She is very efficient and helpful.

Close to airport and provided free shuttle to hotel. Have to ring hotel but wait was only 10-15 minutes. Big pool area with loads of sunbeds and chairs to relax. Bar area clean and ate there one night, prices quite reasonable for hotel and food quality was good.

I was fortunate to work with the desk manager Jakhia.
She dealt with difficult customers without losing focus or resolve. When it was my turn she was pleasant and polite. It shows that her professionalism isn’t compromised when things get tough.
I appreciate her.

Food never disappoints at Crimson Tavern; however, it’s their staff who takes it to another level! Server Jenilee is always super attentive, thank you for such a nice lunch time =D

She just knows how to make person have an amazing time. Asking us after few bites if everything is okay, suggesting desserts, and yes! Very good desserts!

Arrived in the evening after a long day of travel with the family and were welcomed by Damon and Devon at the front desk. Check in was a pleasure. Looking forward to another stay!

My experience at the Marriott Airport Lakeside was excellent, but one standout deserves special recognition: the service provided by AJ.

AJ demonstrated a level of attention to detail that is rarely seen. From the initial approach to the final check, everything was executed with precision and ease. His table timing was impeccable — courses arrived exactly when they should, with no rush and no delays, creating a smooth and elevated dining flow.

He also showed strong table awareness: anticipating needs before they were even expressed, adjusting the pace of service accordingly, and maintaining a consistently professional demeanor throughout the entire experience.

This level of execution significantly enhances the overall guest experience and reflects directly on the hotel’s service standards.

If the operation is aiming for true excellence in hospitality, AJ is already performing at that level.

This is a wonderful hotel. As a medical pilot, I oftentimes fly on the back end of the clock, and when the sun rises, that can mean the end to my long night of flying missions. This hotel happily accommodated my hyper-early check-in, and when I reached the Concierge Lounge, I was greeted with perhaps the warmest, most genuine smile that I have seen in quite some time. Ms. Anthi was running the show in the lounge all by herself, and she was still incredibly pleasant, and willing to do anything at all to help make my morning a little brighter. It was such a pleasure crossing paths with her. As for the rest of the hotel - The guest room was fresh, modern and clean, and the Lobby was nice. The in-house coffee shop made a great fruit smoothie, which I highly recommend. The noise levels were consistently low, yet the value of the stay remained high. I would happily return to this hotel!

Lois, the concierge, in the Concierge Lounge on 9, is excellent.
She is personable, eager to help and a delight to talk to.
