Pros:

The hotel was stunning, the grounds were beautiful. The food and wine selection was excellent. The Employees were very attentive.

Cons:

The only negative was that we weren't provided with coffee and tea provisions in the room until we asked for them

Exceptional service and beautiful hotel
Pros:

This was my 20th trip to Egypt, I come once or twice a year for work and I can say that the customer service, amenities, and treatment were exceptional. The Marriott in Zamalek was one of the best guest experiences out of all the 5-stars hotels I have stayed in, in Egypt.

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Das Hotel ist gut, aufgrund der lauten Musikbeschallung im Garten würden wir nicht mehr herkommen

Die laute Musikbeschalllung im Garten. Live Musik, 2 unterschiedliche Musikquellen im Garten, dazu eine große Fernsehanlage wo meistens Fußball oder Werbung lief.Also 4 Beschallungen in extremer Lautstärke im Garten.

Very enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

Large hotel. Good facilities and good choice of restaurants. Lots of helpful attentive staff. Nice pool area - always managed to get a sun bed. Quiet location but close to city centre.

Cons:

most of the hotel shops were closed due to work being done.

Pros:

The staff was impeccable, everyone was polite, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast and food at Egyptian nights restaurant was delicious, especially the sweets and the lemonade. Rooms are huge and bed is extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Room furniture was a but outdated and bathroom amenities need improvement-e.g. hair dryer.
