Honestly, my experience didn't meet my expectations
Starting with check-in, I was accommodated in a different room than the one I had booked. I booked a garden view, but you gave me a room in Al Jazeerah Tower. When I talked to the shift manager, he kept arguing with me about my booking and completely denied that you even have a garden view option (he told me you only have Nile view and standard rooms). I kept telling him that I paid extra money for the upgrade to a garden view. After about an hour of debating, and just as I was going to file an official complaint, he gave me my room

Then I faced another bad experience regarding room service and housekeeping. They took a long time to respond to my requests (average wait time of 30 minutes), and they were far from professional
