At check-in, we paid a 700 USD security deposit. At the time of check-out, the hotel still owed us around $200, but the staff at the front desk explained that they did not have enough cash available that day to reimburse us.

They assured us that the amount would be credited back to our bank card. Unfortunately, until today, we still have not received anything, despite several follow-up messages that have remained unanswered.

Please be cautious to avoid ending up in the same situation.

مشكلتي معاهم فقط أثناء تسجيل الخروج وجدت قلة احترام في الاستقبال في الفتره الصباحيه لدرجة ان اللي عملي خروج حامل الشنط موظفات الاستقبال اهتمامهم الأكبر للخواجات وكل وحده ترميني على الثانيه ..وحده تقول استنى اخلص والثانيه تقول النظام مش فاتح وانا عندي طياره....انا خرجت من الفندق بدون ان أوقع اي شي بس حامل الشنط جاب ورقه من داخل الاستقبال وفيها مبلغ 206 جنيه ودفعتهم على طاولة الاستقبال ومشيت ....الماريوت لما تجي عندهم يشيلونك فوق الأرض ولما تمشي من عندهم ينزلوك تحت الارض بقلة احترامهم...موعد خروجي 2/5/2026 الساعه 8 الصباح
