Hotel is in great location staff were very welcoming but bathroom is dated

Bed was super comfy and bad was brilliant

Cons:

Bedroom was amazing but bathroom was dated and elevators were very busy so when in a high floor you had to queue for elevator

Pleasant experience due to staff and location. Hotel is decent
Pros:

The staff were great to work with. Good location.

Cons:

The property wasn’t very clean, one of the queen beds had a large divot in the middle and could feel the springs.

Pros:

So close to the entertainment and restaurants. The Miami Bayside Marketplace, is across the street next to the Bayfront Park. Its right where you want to be!

Cons:

A little maintenance was needed, nothing drastic.

Never Ever Ever Again

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! The rooms were dirty. We asked them to change to shower curtain and they said they had no extra. The staff opened the door on my family at 7a.m. In the morning. My
children left their brand new hoodies in the closet. We realized less than 10 mins of us checking out. I immediately called the hotel and they said that they can’t check and I need to complete a lost and found. I did that, followed up with them and I was told that there were no items found. I escalated the issue to the manager and I even went back to the hotel after my trip. I told her I’m confused as to why they made me go through lost and found if their staff had no intentions of returning items left behind.

I needed it for the location and it did just that , and gosh that bed was white and comfy!!!!!

All Around Bad
Pros:

The hotel had only one working elevator during our stay. I could not find a working ice machine on any floor. We checked out and the front desk said we were good to go. Then I received a charge for $86 on my credit card with no explanation. I have been calling every couple of days and not one person can tell me what the charge is for. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company at the end of the week.
