Love how close it is to the ships. Loyd of places to walk too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Read this reviews and others on yelp.
Pros:

This place is an absolute SCAM. We stayed there is April and were charged $535 for what we did not know. After calling them for 1 1/2 months and leaving messages, we finally got a copy of the bill. They charged us a "smoking fee". My husband and I have never smoked a day in our life. We have demanded a refund to no avail. I CANT SAY IT ENOUGH, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! We will continue to fight this with our credit card company. This is the worst hotel. They have now emailed and said that they are "investigating" with their third party smoke detector people. In the meantime we have had to pay $535 that we don't owe!!!!!!!

This happened to another person that was also taking a cruise. Here is what they wrote:
Three days after we left, the hotel charged us $535 for a smoking fee. Neither my husband or I smoke, vape or do anything of the sort. We have tried calling the hotel with no response. We did finally speak to someone in reservations who said it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at the hotel. This is just unacceptable in so many ways. Please avoid staying in this hotel pre cruise in Miami. I also went back on trip advisor to double check other reviews and noticed this happened to at least one other person.
