Cons:

Our room was on the 14th floor and when we got there one of the elevators was broken so it took a long time to get to our room. When we checked out the next morning both of the elevators were broken and we had to carry our luggage and bags down 14 flights of stairs

Only 1 stay to confirm that I will never stay again Amin this hotel.

The Location.

Cons:

Waste too much time waiting for an elevator. The service at the restaurant was bad, too much time waiting for a person to take the order. The coffee was so bad.

Pros:

Not a long drive to cruise port and good location near pier 5

Cons:

Bathroom needs some updating but most importantly the hotel was booked and they only had 1 elevator and I had to walk up 15 flights and down with my luggage after waiting 30 minutes

nice place, pretty good if you’re wanting something cheap, just could be a little cleaner based off my experience!!
Pros:

cheap for location, comfort, and look. very nice staff

Cons:

our beds were really hard and also our bathtub was so clogged. the bath water would run at the same time as the shower and then the water from the shower did not go down at all so we had to call someone
