Pros:

Stayed there many times. But the room I was in should have been a janitorial closet. You could not even reach the toilet tissue. I feel what I paid was definitely not worth it.

Don’t be sucked in by the ‘cheap’ price - this hotel is still living in the 80s
Pros:

Its proximity to the bay and that’s about it

Cons:

Shower didn’t stay on temperature going from comfortable, to scalding, to freezing without changing the dial and was far too weak

Toilet wouldn’t refill unless you jiggled the button up each time

Gave you tea bags but couldn’t get a kettle or even glasses for a bottle of wine I prematurely opened. Apparently something about a weapon…??? 🤷‍♀️

No milk jiggers for your coffee

AC so noisy you couldn’t sleep - at least it worked

No bath mat second day of stay

Most (not all) off peak staff were clueless. Got a parcel delivered day 2 and the night crew had no idea how to find it for me.

No cleaning (trash pick up) when cleaning room

Great for 1 night stay only!
Pros:

The convenience to Bayside and Port of Miami. Great location for a one night stay.

Cons:

There was a STRONG STONG ODOR OF SEWAGE/MILDEW coming from the bathroom and we had to keep the door closed in order not to smell it. The bathroom was EXTREMELY SMALL as if it may have been a closet. The ac unit made this God awfully OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD beep/buzzing sound like a dryer finishing a load of clothing before it started.

Elevator functions was minimal when customers were leaving for cruise embarkation day. Had to use stairs from 8th floor along with other customers.
