Staff were superb and helpful.
My opinion rooms were too dark for my liking.
We stayed during the ice storm in Nashville. Even though the staff were also suffering from the ice storm, they were all so friendly and welcoming. Everyone brought their dogs - including me. The restaurants in the hotel were open and we enjoyed a great meal.
Location, room
Thought it was overpriced and the cost of the valet was criminal
The security
The value didn’t really equal the experience I was getting
Great style, customer service, location, cleanliness, and comfortability. Decent gym.
Damn expensive.
Beautiful combination of old and new. The showers was the best we have ever used. Everything was very clean and spotless. Loved the close proximity to Printer’s Alley and Broadway.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
Clean and upbeat
It was nice and quiet
I ordered can drinks and they were brought up in a cup with straws. I’m pretty sure it was fountain drinks. So safe to say when I got them they were watered down. Would had rather had the cans. Other than that my stay was great.
Location
Room service took 1.5 hours, there were no luggage carts upon arrival, the coffee in the lobby was terrible.
Convenient to everything...
We had to leave...
The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever dealt with. A++
The prices for valet parking seemed excessive, I gladly would have paid $40/day, but we almost moved to a parking garage nearby if we decided to stay a third night.
Unfriendly, front desk staff. Unwilling to say Hi when we entered the building and did could barely be bothered to answer questions. I have never been charged for my "incidentals" after leaving a hotel and noticed I was charged at this one. When I called to ask why they said it was because there are discounts for local experiences provided, WIFI, etc. I wish I would have known about these discounts, but no one told me.
Also, the valet parking that they partner with is horrible and the prices are outrageous. I left my car parked at the Sea-Tac airport for 3 days and paid $119. Here I was charged $66 a night, had to wait 1/2 hour for my car the be brought to me and my bags were not even removed from my car or put in them.
Rooms were incredibly small. One of my worst hotel experiences, I'd recommend staying closer to Broadway for fun, but not here.
location, decor, clean, quiet rooms, beautiful ambience, nice staff, and bar
no dislikes
Room was fantastic, Staff was very friendly upon check-in and was great to haver an option for not driving on New Years eve.
Valet was very expensive and was slower than had anticipated.
Location and decor
The bartender - our stay before we had the best bartender, but this last stay we were so disappointed.
Great vibe and ambiance
Beautiful and unique hotel with amazing service! Quiet and hardly heard much noise from outside noises. Location was perfect and got you to Broadway, but if you don't want to walk that far Printers Alley is literally right around the corner and it is an amazing area as well.
