Amsterdam fantastique , la prochaine fois dans un autre hotel
Pros:

la position et basta.
Apres la premiere nuit la lit n'a pas ete fait et evidement la chambre non plus , quand je suis arrivèe j'ai du attendre longtemps ma chambre.

Très déçue, je m'attendais à une qualité et un accueil en rapport avec le prix de la chambre

Nous avons été déçus par le rapport qualité/prix, l'emplacement était très bien, le lit confortable, les chambres bien insonorisées

Cons:

chambre petite qui mériterait une rénovation, salle de bains minimaliste et propreté à revoir, ce n'est vraiment pas impeccable, les produits à disposition bas de gamme en gros bidon, pas de lait corps, pas de savon en pain, pas d'après shampoing, pas de coton.... Le petit-déjeuner était hyper décevant, choix très restreint et toujours le même, et personnel à l'accueil et en salle carrément désagréables. Les oreillers étaient défoncés et surtout avaient une odeur très désagréable, je me suis permis de demande de le changer.
