I don't get good service in front desk
The staff at the Intercontinental hotel are fantastic across the board. Extremely attentive, polite, kind and professional. We hedl a very successful event at the hotel and can highly recommend their conference services as well. The rooms are lovely and the service is fantastic. Thanks very much to the team!
Please know that this hotel may double bill you also does not provide a working phone number. The main phone number listed is not answered professionally or by someone at the property. They then refuse to transfer you to the property.
They will complete your pre-authorization and then not refund.
My room and dining experiences were lovely. The overall customer service was stellar and yet here I am having to contact my credit card company because I was double charged and the hotel has no working phone number to reach the front desk or someone in billing or management. That is not the Intercontinental brand standard.

Excellent all round. Been staying at this hotel since February 1982 (yes 44 years). And every stay entices me never to think of changing to any hotels during my Lusaka stays.

I had an amazing experience at Intercontinental Lusaka. The rooms are clean, the service at the restaurant is beautiful and the gym is well equipped. The gym instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. Scholastica made my supper time at the restaurant memorable.

The service from Scholastica was excellent. She definitely made me understand the local cuisine, I now love the Lamb on a bone and the Nankone rice.
