InterContinental Lusaka by IHG

Rooms are beautiful, very well laid out and comfortable. Service was excellent and the Breakfast of the highest stadard.

The facility is strategically located, close to several malls and a golf course. The atmosphere is serene, rooms very clean and always kept tidy, Big up to the house keeping team, the front office staff very warm and courteous ( Doreen and Precious) were particularly helpful. I enjoyed the gym, its well equiped and adjusted amenities..steam and sauna very helpful especially after a long day. I enjoyed the stay.

The room spacious, comfortable; the layout is fantastic; its a home from home. i can do all my office work in the room.
the room is fabulously clean; the staff are lovely, friendly and made really happy, comfortable, and got the homely feeling.
it is always easy to get to the hotel from the Airpoart. the views, scenery and setting are fantastic through the looking from room 605 for example, looking southwards. the setting in the room is really homely and clean.
the floors are sparkingly clean, the staff are very, very freindly in the Restaurant, the Dining Room and the Reception staff are wonderful. i want whoever trains your staff to train my staff at the two hopspitals we opperate in Kitwe and Mufulira.
the staff are just wonderful; i would keep recommending them to the InterContintal hotel in Lusaka.

Amazing staff & great facilities

Our stay at the InterContinental Lusaka was a truly refined experience. The rooms felt beautifully designed ,modern, immaculate, and exceptionally comfortable, with a sense of understated luxury throughout. What stood out most, however, was the warmth of the staff, who were consistently gracious and attentive without being overbearing.

The hotel’s central location made everything effortlessly accessible, which added to the overall ease of the stay. The only area that didn’t quite match the otherwise high standard was the restaurant service, which was noticeably slow at times.

That said, it did little to take away from what was otherwise a polished and thoroughly enjoyable stay we would absolutely return.

I checked in for one night on business and received such a warm welcome from Precious and Voster. They handled my booking perfectly — always calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Bright at the bar was friendly and professional as well, and made some great smoothies 🍹
