Soy cliente del hotel y siempre voy a descansar
El cuarto tenía un olor fétido que salía del baño y nos dimos cuenta cuando abrimos la ducha!

Precioso edificio, el desayuno es espectacular, es tranquilo y se puede descansar. Los bufete de almuerzo son muy recomendables.
No supe bien cómo usar la ducha porque es una tina antigua con un sistema extraño.

Absolutamente nada
Se vende como cinco estrellas y no llegan ni a dos. El Hotel está sucio, en mal estado, la habitación sin nevera, no tiene sistema de aire acondicionado, el tapizado de los sofás roto, se ve todo viejo y las ventanas abiertas en plena avenida con muchísimo ruido. Salí literalmente corriendo y me fui a otro Hotel pagando el precio del día carísimo. Pero supe que era imposible dormir en el Hotel del terror.
No hand soap
Las habitaciones han sido bastante renovadas y el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca al museo nacional. El espacio es suficiente, ni extremadamente amplio, ni estrecho. El baño en correctas condiciones, la cama muy cómoda, las vistas a los cerros y el centro de la ciudad que me tocaron, muy bonitas.
Llegué en un vuelo sobre las 7 AM. Pregunté por la posibilidad de un early check-in, solo me lo proporcionaban pagando una noche adicional. Me ofrecieron que preguntara de nuevo sobre las 11 AM, pero me cobraban la mitad de la noche....a solo 4 horas para la hora del check-in normal, ya no tenía ninguna justificación. Parece que no hay mucho seguimiento a los clientes permanentes para este tipo de solicitudes. También había hecho la solicitud por el servicio de mensajería de Booking desde muy temprano, me contestaron en horas de la tarde, igualmente inutil e inorportuna respuesta.
