Rapport qualité prix incroyable, chambre luxueuse et très moderne. Petit déjeuner au top, salle de sport, le spa était fermé ce jour là mais il semblait très très bien
Atendeu perfeitamente aos nossos objetivos de estada, por estar perto praticamente no centro. Pena que a finalização não foi tão boa assim, pois tivemos problemas com a cobrança de uma diária extra, mesmo saindo antes do horário, no dia da saída.
Lamentavelmente, nossa experiência ficou marcada por um grave problema de gestão administrativa.
Pagamos o total da estadia no check-in e, no momento do check-out, foi-nos confirmado expressamente que não havia nenhum saldo pendente. Apesar disso, posteriormente foi realizado um novo débito em nosso cartão de crédito sem justificativa.
O hotel reconheceu que se tratou de um erro e de uma cobrança indevida. No entanto, em vez de realizar o cancelamento imediato do débito, exigiu-se o preenchimento de formulários e fomos informados de que o reembolso pode levar entre 15 e 30 dias úteis.
O vencimento da nossa fatura ocorre antes desse prazo, o que nos obriga a pagar um valor que o próprio hotel admitiu ser incorreto.
Consideramos inaceitável que um erro interno gere esse prejuízo financeiro ao hóspede e que a solução não seja imediata. Compartilhamos esta experiência para que futuros clientes revisem cuidadosamente seus lançamentos.

El hotel reconoció que se trató de un error y de una cobranza indebida. Sin embargo, en lugar de realizar una cancelación inmediata del cargo, se nos exigió completar formularios y se nos informó que el reintegro puede tardar entre 15 y 30 días hábiles.
El vencimiento de nuestra tarjeta ocurre antes de ese plazo, lo que nos obliga a pagar un importe que el propio hotel admitió como incorrecto.
Consideramos inaceptable que un error interno genere este perjuicio financiero al huésped y que la solución no sea inmediata. Compartimos esta experiencia para que futuros clientes revisen cuidadosamente sus cargos.
Cómodidad, amabilidad del personal.
El ascensor no es exclusivo para huéspedes nose si esto pueda generar inseguridad en las habitaciones , pero es algo que se puede dar manejo.
