Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem der Badezimmerbereich müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Wassertemperatur lässt sich kaum regulieren – es gibt praktisch nur die Wahl zwischen glühend heiß und eiskalt. Das Hotel hat jedoch viel Geschichte und Charme, und das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Einrichtungen sowie das Frühstück haben mich allerdings enttäuscht und entsprechen meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet.

Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la atención. El lugar siempre es acogedor y por eso volvemos.

Cons:

Ya es la segunda vez que el café tiene un sabor a quemado que no es bueno. Le expliqué a la empleada que el color negro en el café no debería existir, eso es producto de usar cafés con tostiones muy altas, que resaltan el amargor. En otras palabras, pasillas.

No espero tener café de buena calidad en una panadería de barrio. En el hotel Tequendama SÍ.

La empleada muy amablemente pidió que me prepararan un café nuevo, y mejoró un poco. Agradezco sus buenas intenciones.
