No me gustó la parte del hotel que me dieron y el cuarto tampoco, las otras veces me han dado un buen cuarto y con buena vista y no en la zona que me dieron sino en otra parte, espero para la próxima se reveindiquen conmigo, gracias

Me gustó la atención del personal, el diseño de las habitaciones la organización y a diferencia del desayuno, el restaurante que tienen de almuerzo y cena si tiene bueno comida , claro es pagado aparte.

Cons:

Para un hotel de esta categoría, esperaba mucha más calidad y variedad. Habiendo probado excelentes desayunos colombianos en otros lugares, la propuesta de este hotel resultó muy básica y sin ningún valor diferencial.
Lo más decepcionante fue la panadería. Específicamente, los productos típicos como almojábanas y pan de bonos, que deberían ser suaves y frescos, estaban totalmente helados y tiesos, independientemente de la hora a la que uno asistiera al buffet. Resulta sorprendente que un hotel de 5 estrellas no disponga de un tostador o un pequeño horno para calentar estos productos.
Además, el café fue una gran desilusión. Se servía como café negro de jarra (estilo americano), sin la calidad, frescura o cremosidad que uno espera de un hotel de este nivel. Considerando la reconocida cultura cafetera de Colombia fue bastante decepcionante y nada satisfactorio, mejor café me hago en mi casa. Espero que la administración considere elevar estos estándares para que estén a la altura de su reputación.
