Excellent stay in Amman
Pros:

This hotel is excellent. Everything about the place?
From the breakfast dining
To the concierge
To the room service
To the pool
To the lovely bedrooms
Wide range of evening restaurants available if needed
However, if not, literally just across the road is a few good restaurants as well

Pros:

The breakfast and the beds were excellent.

Cons:

The room was not ready by the promised time. We had to wait. Once provided the room was not clean. We found debris on the floor

I was very delighted from the staff, they were very kind especially majeda she made her best to pleased us.

Cons:

The most important thing for us ever is how much the room is clean and unfortunately the room wasn’t clean at all.
The carpet was dirty full of hair. The bathroom also was not clean there were signs of old shavings there.
And after our complaint the room wasn’t cleaned up as we we was expecting
