Everything was absolutely excellent, wonderful, and amazing! From the reception to every single detail, everything exceeded our expectations. Even the gentleman serving coffee at the entrance was wonderful and welcoming.

We booked half board, including breakfast and dinner, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Everything was delicious, fresh, clean, and beautifully prepared. The Burj Al Hamam restaurant was outstanding as well, with delicious food, excellent cleanliness, and wonderful service.

The hospitality was exceptional throughout the entire hotel. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and welcoming, from the reception team to the lobby staff and the restaurant employees. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the spa was fantastic.

A special thank you to Khadija, the lovely lady who works at the spa (I believe that was her name). She was absolutely wonderful! I would also like to give special recognition to Abdullah, who was excellent during breakfast service.

Honestly, everything was beyond amazing. There was not a single thing to complain about—not even the smallest detail. The service, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the staff were all outstanding.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel, and we are always happy to come back. It is truly a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again!

The InterContinental Amman has always been my favourite place to stay in Jordan, whether for business or leisure. What makes it truly special is its authentic Jordanian hospitality and the genuine warmth of its staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and maintained to the highest standards. The Terrace Restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere, while the elegant lobby beautifully reflects Jordanian character and hospitality. Special appreciation to Mr. Waied at the front desk for his outstanding kindness and professionalism.
