I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Amman
Pros:

wonderful staff and a gorgeous hotel in a very good location to get to downtown . The breakfast was good and the room large and clean

Cons:

unfortunately the pool and spa were out of use due to being upgraded

בית מלון יפה עובר שיפוצים, צותת נהדר אבל תמורה לא טובה למחיר
Pros:

צוות נהדר במיוחד אנס מהקבלה, נעים וזמין תמיד לתת שרות מעולה, נתן לי חדר לפני הזמן והחליף לי חדרים כשבקשתי.

Cons:

חדר כושר גדול היה סגור לשיפוצים, במקום זה פתחו חדר כושר קטן מאוד לא מצוייד למרות שבאתר booking מראים חדר כושר נהדר בזמן הזמנת החדרים וגם מציינים שתי בריכות למרות שהבריכה הפנימית לא היתה זמינה לילדים ( רק שעתיים ליום בשעות 11 עד 13 ), ובפועל הבריכה והחדר כושר זה מה שגרם לי לבחור במלון זה למרות המחיר הגבוה יחסית. בפועל שילמתי הרבה על חדר כושר ובריכות שלא היו זמינים בזמן האירוח שלי.

スタッフの方が皆さん親切でした。

Cons:

ただ、ご自分のお名前を売り込み過ぎ感が否めない。控えめな日本人には違和感があり、また異国の方の名前は覚えにくい。チェックインから部屋に入るまで、3人ほどの名前を耳にしましたが、残ってはいませんでした。

Great place to stay and relax. Staff could be more friendly. Too expensive for its value
Pros:

Great location and service. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Staff members are professional yet most are reluctant to put in effort to help and some are hard to deal with.
Booked a non smoking room yet I was placed in a smoking area. Issue was resolved after a tedious and exhausting process.
Special thanks to Bassam and Ward for putting serious effort to make our stay more comfortable.
