Cons:

O primeiro quarto que nos deram estava com muito cheiro de cigarro, mas trocaram sem problemas. A cama era grande mas muito mole. O chuveiro não tem pressão, demora a lavar um cabelo longo. Pedi um chinelo pois só tinha um no quarto e não veio. A água que tem no quarto é cobrada, então tem que levar sua garrafa e encher no local do filtro. Hotel caro, embora em Miami todos sejam. Estacionamento U$ 78 por dia, muito alto o valor. Café da manhã U$ 50 por pessoa. Um exagero.

Perfect Beginning

From the moment we entered IHG the experience has been perfect!From the Front Desk to the Intercontinental Club,everyone has been professional and courteous.Especially enjoyed our cocktail hour with Jacqueline in Club Floor 29.It was the best way to start our cruise adventure.Highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay, not perfect.
Pros:

Excellent location a short walk from Bayside Marketplace. Also easy walk to Brickell. We had the bay view room which was worth it with stunning view. Pool area was very nice. Some details in the room were lacking like only one bathrobe and the closet was inside the bathroom so you can't just get something when the other person is in the bathroom. One let down was the check-in experience. Nothing was explained and staff not very friendly. All in all I would stay again .

Amazing experience.
Pros:

What an incredible experience! Everything was super organized and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food options were excellent, and the location in downtown Miami couldn't be better.

Comfortable stay in city center
Pros:

Perfect location to explore Miami, comfy beds and beautiful view!

Cons:

Due to the marathon, the hotel was crowded, prices doubled and we had to book 1 extra night as we could not leave town easily. It's 1 time per year though ;) Front desk was not all as helpful. My partner was disappointed not to find the NBA channel on the TV.
