We return often to the Miami Intercontinental simply because it is so very unique. Unlike many other properties where a guest is told why a request cannot be accommodated, the Inti finds ways to accommodate. The personnel are empowered to make decisions, and the result is true customer service, not frustration. For example, on this recent visit, my wife misplaced her cell. Thinking it might be in the car, which was in valet parking, they brought the car around, and three fellas searched it until it was found wedged between seats. Normally, we'd expect indifference, perhaps, and an empty apology, not the MIA Inti.
Everyone was very kind and attentive. Especially Alberto.

As an IHG Ambassador member, I had an outstanding experience at the InterContinental Miami. The recognition and hospitality from the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived.
We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, which made the stay feel incredibly special and luxurious.
The Ambassador benefits and additional perks were handled exceptionally well, and the team made us feel genuinely valued throughout the stay. The lounge access, service quality, atmosphere, and location were all excellent.
This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and InterContinental Miami did a fantastic job recognizing loyal IHG members. I would absolutely return again on my next visit to Miami.
My favorite part of staying here is the Staff in Club InterContinental, particularly the Club Butler Alberto and Club Concierge Stoyan! Alberto’s Impeccable Service and warm and welcoming demeanor keep me coming back to this fabulous Hotel.time after time for years now!
Location is perfect and so is the atmosphere. Rooms are clean and have good views. The lounge was very inviting. The staff most helpful and very friendly. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Very nice property with spacious and clean rooms. Eduardo, the concierge, was able to help me retrieve my work bag from a nearby restaurant (the manager there noted that he is indeed the best).
The chief of concierge Rosello is a an absolute credit to the company he was so personable and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. And things to do to around the area very helpful friendly and accommodating really looking forward to visiting again soon

My daughter and I stayed at Intercontinental Miami for Mother's Day weekend. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very well maintained, and the entire time was super pleasant and hospitable. The location is very close to the cruise port, MIA and Bayside. Breakfast at Ole was delicious with an omelet station daily and on Mother's Day they had a brunch with a carving station. the food quality is good. I recommend staying there for pre and post cruises, or if you are attending an event at the Kasya center. Hats off to the following employees: Ms. Carolina Hernandez: kind, welcoming and very responsive. Thank you Ms. Hernandez for your hospitality and my welcome amenity.

Won’t stay at any other place while in Miami
Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk check experience was very nice. We were issued an upgraded room as a little Mother’s Day gift, which was so sweet. The hotel is lovely but shame on me for not reviewing the fees because $70 for parking overnight is crazy. In the middle of night, the room next to us started blasting music then later on around 3 AM the people in the very same room decided to have the loudest FaceTime or speaker conversation on the phone. While this is not the hotel‘s fault, it was so loud. Paper thin walls? The hotel served its purpose for our need. It’s a good location if you need to be downtown. It was clean and overall the staff was friendly.
