Great Time !
Pros:

I have spent a couple of days in this hotel. Room is very comfortable and clean of course. Breakfast is really good and Maria Baeza service is amazing. I’ll come back, no doubt !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at InterContinental Miami
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the InterContinental Miami was absolutely outstanding. Sofia went above and beyond by getting us checked in early — fast, friendly, and so appreciated after traveling. As a Platinum member, we were also given a complimentary room upgrade, and Sofia made sure we had the best ocean view, which made our stay even more special.

Alejandro and Erick were amazing with their communication, helping coordinate both an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our stay stress-free and seamless. The text messaging option with the hotel was incredibly convenient and made everything so easy.

A special shoutout to David, who was extremely helpful with recommendations on where to go and what to see, making our Miami trip even more memorable. David truly made sure we enjoyed Miami to the fullest. His attention and care felt like VIP treatment.

Perfect location, fantastic views, and service that makes you feel truly valued. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. If you’re coming to Miami, this is the place to be!

Exceptional service, location
Pros:

My husband stayed here for two nights in between cruises and enjoyed our stay immensely. We received early check in from the very nice young man checking us. The hotel is beautiful. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.

My new place to stay in Miami
Pros:

My new favorite place to stay in Miami. Great location walking distance to Bayside and other stores like Whole Foods, Walgreens, CVS . Also many other restaurants nearby.. The bellman and reception made checkin a breeze especially after a 6am flight. Our room was ready and comfortable. Gorgeous view of the bay. Room was very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Bath room large with separate shower and tub. And a sticking point for me bath product were at bath lever and shower products at shower level. I didn’t have to keep standing up to get the shower gel (like other hotels). Our room was very quiet and large with a bar area and a table to sit at. Air conditioning was quiet and worked very well. Only wish was that the hot water for the bath tub was a little bit hotter. And the pool is incredible - roof top with a bar and lush garden facing the bay. My new place to stay in Miami only wish I’d known about it sooner.

Great location, but not the hotel
Pros:

Wasn’t impressed. Lost power for several hours, wifi never worked, towels were worn and had a hole, bed and pillows need to be changed, both had noticeable wear and never cooled properly, even adjusting the temp control.
