3 star experience at a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Rooms were a good size and nice. Hotel itself is good.

Cons:

Staff not very friendly or helpful. Service was 2 star not 5 star. No complimentary water in room. Breakfast 5 star prices, 3 star level. Everything is geared towards maximum take from you and little give. Stayed at same brand of hotel in Boston and it was far superior.

Our stay at the InterContinental Miami was unforgettable, thanks to Concierge Rhiannon Aguilar. We traveled to Miami for our intimate wedding during the FIFA festivities, and she went above and beyond in every way. She upgraded us to a beautiful suite, officiated our ceremony, created my bridal bouquet, connected us with a wonderful photographer, and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, creativity, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of the most meaningful days of our lives. Rhiannon is the definition of exceptional hospitality, and the InterContinental is fortunate to have her. We will never forget her.

Awesome Experience at the IHG Club Lounge
Pros:

Jacqueline did an excellent job with top tier service and her friendly and kind demeanor. This was my friend and I’s first time enjoying the club lounge and experiencing our stay at the intercontinental. We appreciate her diligence and speaking with her and will be back!

Great place to be
Pros:

This was an amazing family trip. The associates were a delight to speak to. Everyone was eager to help you and offer assistance when approached. Our room was super and clean. Everything was well thought off ahead of time and the amenities were top notch. Our club experience was amazing. The team there remember you and welcome you every time you stop by. A special thank you to the Chief Concierge Rosello for always being hospitable and giving the best tips especially with FIFA World Cup going on and for ensuring our stay is going as expected. The Club Lounge at the InterContinental Miami is one of the standout parts of the hotel experience. The space itself offers fantastic views over Biscayne Bay, a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and an excellent food and drinks selection throughout the day.

What really makes it exceptional, though, is the service. It is truly spectacular — warm, attentive, and highly professional. The team strikes the perfect balance of being present when you need them while giving you space to relax. They remember the small details, make every interaction feel personal, and elevate the lounge from a simple hotel perk into a genuine highlight of the stay.

Intercontinental Miami’s Club Level Experience
Pros:

It was very nice here at the Intercontinental Miami Hotel. My family and I booked for club access and specifically Alberto stood out to me. Super kind, helpful and friendly. This is a must-do experience if you stay at the hotel. The food is incredible and the view is even better. 100% coming back.
