Für das Geld lohnt sich das Frühstück nicht.
Wir hatten ein Abenteuer mit dem Zimmer. Ich habe ein Superior Zweibettzimmer für 3 Personen gebucht. Das erste Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, war neu renoviert und sauber. Bis zu der Kleinigkeit, dass die Badewanne verstopft war und es nicht möglich war zu duschen. Nach mehrmals hin und her hat der Haustechniker festgestellt, dass das Rohr verstopft ist und wir in ein anderes Zimmer müssen. Dann musste ich um 22/00 Uhr an der Rezeption anrufen, um zu fragen wann wir endlich das neue Zimmer bekommen. Nach 10 min kam der Rezeptionist und brachte uns in das neue Zimmer: Suite, aber sehr staubig und die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat auch ganz komisch gestunken in dem Zimmer. Mein Sohn der fast 1,80m musste auf einem provisorischen Zustellbett schlafen, das für ihn zu klein war. Mit zwei Worten zusammengefasst: ein Albtraum. Und als Kompensation am nächsten Tag habe ich die Rechnung über 3 Getränke, die wir an dem vorherigen Abend im Restaurant getrunken haben, abgezogen bekommen. Und das nur, weil ich es angefragt habe.

Odamiz cok genisti. Bir sürü dolabimiz vardi. Ayrica ütü ve ütü masasi da vardi. Yataklar konforlu.

Cons:

Havuza aksam 8 e kadar girilebiliyor. Internetteki 9 pm olarak yaziyor. Odamda resepsiyonu aramak icin Telefon yoktu. O yüzden birsey lazim oldugunda asagiya inmem gerekiyordu.

Book something else if you don't want to be dissapointed

Cons:

The room looked like someone locked themselves into the bathroom and then the door was forcibly broken in. Most everything in the room was damaged and in dissapoitingly miserable condition. Mold on the Window frame, scratches on the pictures in the wall, burn marks on the furniture, no door knob on the bathroom door, Glas surfaces were cracked and much more. (Regrettably pictures I can share are limited to 4)

This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had in a Hilton, anywhere in the world.

I was quite embarrassed after having told my girlfriend while booking, that Hilton is always nice... Obviously it is not.

Noting this during check out I was asked for my email and informed that a compensation will be offered. But seems it was only empty words to appease customers in the moment, since nothing has been received.

The Motto of this Hilton: "Over-promise & under-deliver".
