Gutes Hotel mit netten Pool- und Saunabereich
Pros:

Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück und Essen im
Hotelrestaurant.
Super hilfsbereites Personal.
E-Laden mit AC Charger inkl. Stellplatz (die ansonsten für das reine Parken kostenlos wären) für 25€.
Damit kostet zwar der Stellplatz 25€ für 24Std., dafür ist aber das Laden mehrfach innerhalb 24Std. inkludiert.
Netter Pool und Saunabereich.

Cons:

Leider schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer und der Poolbereich.

Pros:

Mon sejour dans cet retablissement etait au dessus de mes attentes, personnels incroyable, acceullant, disponible, à l ecoute,surtout OURIDA et valerie, au niveau de repas c etait excellent mes enfants ont adoré.
La chambre pour famille est incroyable. Merci beaucoup je reviendrais

Comfortable stay but hotel felt "tired"- good transport to city
Pros:

The breakfast was as expected in a hotel of this standard. The pool was very clean and warm.

Cons:

I felt the hotel looked tired. Large highrise that seemed very old. hotel reception did not explain the extra charge on checkin which could be improved on.

Nice hotel to stay for a couple of nights on your visit to Luxembourg. Staff is great!
Pros:

The hotel is a bit old, but still very good to spend a couple of nights to visit Luxembourg. Breakfast was good to me and the gym is also well equipped. It is very close to a bus station that leaves you in the city center. But the thing that I liked the most by far was the staff. I had to change my booking many times because of different personal reasons, and every time I contact the hotel asking for a reschedule, the staff assisted me and helped me change the dates very kindly.

Cons:

If your want to stay really close to the city center, the hotel is a bit far from it, but there is a bus station right outside the hotel that leaves you in the city within a few minutes.

Pros:

Zimmer war sehr groß und bequem ,von Hotel bis Bus haltstelle zu Fuß 2_3 min,viel Platz für Auto Parken

Cons:

Frühstuck am ersten Tag war nicht frisch....und jeden Tag ist Frühstuck gleich...aber im Generell gut...

Lit très très raid. Personnel distant, pas présent. Longue attente pour le Check in sans raison.

Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels wo wir eine Suite gemietet hatten, aber leider entsprach diese Suite nicht unseren Ansp

Die grösse der Suite war gut!
Aber die Sauberkeit🙈Katastrophe🙈

Cons:

1. Kanalgeruch im Badezimmer!
2. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer defekt! Bettbezug hatte Löscher, Kühlschrank leer🙈u.s.w.
3. Am 2. Tag wurde das Zimmer erst um 15:30 geputzt! Als wir das Zimmer betraten , verlies die Putzfrau sofort das Zimmer mit dem Resultat dass dass es nur halb geputzt war! Noch überall Staub, keine Badetücher u.s.w.
