Eigenlijk alles.

Cons:

Bij het inchecken vonden ze ons boeking voor een overnachting in halfpension niet niet hun pc. Heb ze het bewijs van de boeking , boekingsnummer en bewijs van betaling getoond op mijn gsm. Heb dan mijn pas en gsm afgegeven die ze mee hebben genomen naar een ander kamer. Na 10 min. kwamen ze terug en hebben ze nogmaals een héle tijd in hun pc gezocht, Ze beweerden dat ze geen boeking van ons gevonden hebben, maar toch na een héle tijd de sleutel v h hotelkamer overhandigd! Op de hotelkamer aangekomen stond er een ppersoonlijke welkomstbrief met mijn naam erop!!!

Cons:

C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel.
Nous avons choisi de fêter l'anniversaire de notre maman en optant pour la suite deluxe. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation.
Nous avons fait appel à la réception pour confirmer notre réservation, et une personne nous a confirmé que c'était bien la nôtre.
Elle a également mentionné qu'il y avait eu des rénovations et que les chambres avaient changé. Réaction surprenante.
Nous n'avons pas bénéficié de service de nettoyage et avons dû tout demander, y compris des serviettes propres, etc.
Nous ne reviendrons plus.
Bien que nous apprécions le petit geste commercial.
Toutefois, pour nous, la déception demeure immense.

Very abandone hotel, really needs a gppd investment for Renovation Ac was broken they door knob broke. The card reader on elevevator no working properly. And Swimmingpool times are senseless

Good for a night stay in Luxembourg
Pros:

The room had a really nice view, and we stayed on one of the top floors. The food at the restaurant was also quite good. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

We booked the place for the 23rd June, and we called on the morning of check-in to ask if the pool facilities were available to guests staying at the hotel. The concierge confirmed that they were functional; however, when we actually went, they were shut due to public holidays. If we'd known earlier, we would've booked another place.

Relaxing overnight stay. Very high standard.
Pros:

Check-in was simple thanks to Yozid (check-out a bit slow). Rooms were lovely, as was the restaurant and staff. Lovely overnight stay.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht, verdient keine 4 Sterne. In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Schranke zum Parkplatz hat nicht funktioniert, muss jedes Mal zur Rezeotion gehen.

Very good stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel,very friendly staff..good parking and acces to busses

Cons:

We couldn’t open the window for security reasons.we had to sleep with airco on and now our nose is stuffed. There was no trash bag in the trash can. We slept in and we didn’t get New towels
