Très bon hôtel pour se détendre et se ressourcer.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéalement bien situé.
On a été bien accueilli par Yazid qui est très professionnel et très souriant et très aimable , il nous a bien tout expliqué et conseillé.
Un cookie et une boisson nous a été offert à l'arrivée.
J'ai également beaucoup aimé la piscine et la salle de sport qui m'a permis de me remettre au sport.

Cons:

Je m'attendais à plus de choix au petit déjeuner mais c'était très bon....

Todo. Excelente. Nos recibieron con chocolates y bebidas. Ropa de cama impecable. Habitación súper cómoda. El desayuno excepcional. Con estacionamiento. Un lujo y conseguimos súper precio. Estuvimos pocas horas. Ganas de volver y disfrutarlo más tiempo !

Personeel was heel lief, blij en behulpzaam. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Kussens waren heel zacht en het putje van de wasbak liep vol paar keer aangegeven maar het zou opgelost worden.

Refund of €308.80 promised but never received despite multiple follow-ups
Cons:

I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately experienced a significant issue with the heating system in the room, which caused considerable discomfort during my stay.

Following this, the hotel acknowledged the issue and confirmed that a refund of EUR 308.80 would be issued. However, despite multiple follow-ups over more than two months, the refund has still not been received.

I have contacted the hotel several times, both through the Booking.com messaging system and via direct email, providing all requested information, including bank details. Unfortunately, I have not received any resolution nor further response.

While the initial issue was disappointing, the lack of follow-up and failure to process the agreed refund is even more concerning.

I hope this matter will be resolved soon.
