Pros:

Location, friendly staff, clean rooms

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy mattress
The rooms had adjoining doors to the next room which I couldn’t lock from my side. Noise from the next room through the door

It was a comfortable stay and staff were helpful and efficient. Location was great and central
Pros:

The property was new and amenities were good. The toilets were clean but the carpet was not properly vacuumed. There were some hair and some dirt that were not vacuumed properly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had limited choices and was average. Valet service was great and check in and out was fast.

Although the rooms looked new, the carpets were not vacuumed properly.

The rooms were beautifully appointed—everything one would need for a successful stay. The staff was extremely helpful, drawing maps for sightseeing, making suggestions about sites to see.

Pros:

A modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well equipped room with a kitchen area for self catering. This included 2 hot plates for cooking, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Well located and just a ten minute walk to the city centre.

Cons:

No negatives - we have stayed in many hotels with cooking facilities as we like to self cater. This is one of the best we have seen and we recommend it to others.
