Pros:

Excellent location, staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Could not fault our 2 night stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like but the room we chose was probably a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 young kids and luggage. But we didn't spend much time sitting in the room so it wasn't an issue

Great choice for a central Christchurch stay
Pros:

This hotel has a lot of added extras, like the in-room speaker, yoga mat, kitchenette and shower steamer bomb. It as very comfortable and the location was excellent.

Cons:

Not many criticisms. Only comment is that the breakfast selection could have been a bit better and they seemed quite short-staffed.

The staff make this place exceptional!
Pros:

The staff were brilliant! Warm and welcoming. Was like coming home to Ma and Pa at the end of our outings.
