A wonderful place to stay
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Having kitchen facilities and also the free laundry was definitely a bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here

The location of the hotel was within easy walk of the town centre and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had excellent amenities.

It's the Staff that make a difference, this team are all paddling the canoe in the same direction.
Pros:

The staff are consistently amazing, friendly, helpful and well organised with had a genuine interest in my New Zealand travels, particularly my motorbike trip.

I stayed at the hotel between various trips, the hotel stored my spare luggage and it was in my room on on my return.

Rooms are clean, well equipped and the free laundry facilities are really useful.

The location is good fir exploring Christchurch with the Riverside Market, Botanical Gardens and Centre within walking distance.

Cons:

The breakfast isn't that brilliant tbh.

Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was accommodating. We were able to walk to several sites we wanted to see in the area. There were also several nice eating options outside of the hotel.

Pros:

Location, friendly staff, clean rooms

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy mattress
The rooms had adjoining doors to the next room which I couldn’t lock from my side. Noise from the next room through the door

It was a comfortable stay and staff were helpful and efficient. Location was great and central

The property was new and amenities were good. The toilets were clean but the carpet was not properly vacuumed. There were some hair and some dirt that were not vacuumed properly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had limited choices and was average. Valet service was great and check in and out was fast.

Although the rooms looked new, the carpets were not vacuumed properly.
