Pros:

Niet heel dichtbij het centrum maar wij gebruikte de overal op straat staande electrische steps 👌🏻

Mooie kamer met alles erop en eraan. Mooi groot raam met uitzicht.

Goed restaurant

Cons:

Er staat een echte koffiemachine in de ontbijt ruimte maar die koffie krijg je niet bij het ontbijt. De koffie die wel inclusief bij het ontbijt zit is een stuk minder.

Ontbijten kun je beter ergens anders doen. Het is okay, maar niet meer dan dat.

With a few small changes, it would be a great accommodation option.
Pros:

Good coffee. I liked the online ordering option for room service. Modern decor. Nice to have some appliances for heating food. Good location.

Cons:

The service at reception wasn’t good - it was very inconsistent, based on who was working. We paid more for valet parking but were frequently told there wasn’t anyone available to get our car so we should walk to get it ourselves - without being offered any refund for valet parking fees. I have a spinal injury, chronic pain, and an ankle injury that is getting surgery in a couple of months - there are many reasons why some will pay for Valet parking. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The shower needed a shelf to put your products on - it wasn’t great to have to keep things on the floor. It’s not nice to have to hang a hand towel over the toilet too. It was also odd to have the cleaners knocking at the door each morning to ask if we wanted our room serviced. Most guests surely want minimal disruption while on holiday. Why not have a sign that guests can hang on the door to advise of this.

Very satisfying
Pros:

The staff are so welcoming and easy going best to date at all of the other hotels we have stayed at

Cons:

The second night we stayed we found it a little noisey with guests going by to their rooms we could here the chatter and footsteps but other than that was fine
