Do not recommend.
Pros:

Nice updated hotel, but too expensive for the amenities. The staff were not very courteous, the rooms were not cleaned properly. Watch out for hidden charges without approval. Find somewhere else to stay!!

Probably better options in the area
Pros:

First, the lobby is obnoxiously loud. Whether it’s the blaring music or impolite guests, the noise level reverberates throughout the entire lobby and to the floors above. Second, there was some sort of tennis tournament during our stay. There were teenagers yelling and running up and down the hallways all night long - this isn’t an exaggeration, it was well past 2:00am. I wanted to call the front desk and ask them to address the noise but the phone in our room didn’t work to place a call. The room was clean but the air conditioning had a musty smell and there were almost no amenities (e.g., shower cap) in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but overpriced. The staff we interacted with were all polite. The noise alone will deter me from returning or recommending this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Disappointing
Pros:

I wanted to like this hotel. I will book a hotel with hard surface flooring every day of the week and it was a Marriott. The photos showed refurbished rooms but it still felt dated. The low popcorn ceilings didn’t help.

The biggest issue was smell. There was a musty smell that could be mold, mildew, or possibly cigarette smoke permeating the HVAC. I had the engineer come change the filter to no avail. I was told at check-in that the hotel was full and two co-workers didn’t get their rooms until after 9:00 pm so

Fantastic stay at Dallas Addison Marriott Quorum!
Pros:

This hotel is a gem—everything spotless and modern. Rooms were nice and spacious, with comfy beds perfect after a long day.

The gym is superb: well-equipped, bright, and rarely crowded—ideal for serious workouts. Breakfast was basic but okay, with standard options that hit the spot.

Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time in Dallas!

Repeat Customer - Always Happy!
Pros:

Well-appointed Marriott hotel. Nice M-Club, delicious food at the in-house restaurant, generously-equipped fitness center, Starbucks in the lobby, and very friendly staff. The rooms are updated and clean, the beds are comfortable, and as a repeat customer at this property, I always enjoy my stays here.

The room was nice and very clean.

Cons:

I wish there was a microwave in the rooms. There was a slight smell in the halls; not really sure what it was. We notice the first level smell nice with the candles burning.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Staff was unable to find reservation and we hand to keep asking them to help and find it and after an hour of me finally calling booking .com and then booking calling them they found it and they only rec a $26 dollar credit was unacceptable. Everyone blaming each other and making us wait over an hour at 2 in the morning before we got to our room. Just terrible
