It was clean and the beds and the pillows were very comfortable
The only thing I don’t like is, I believe that you could have a free breakfast for the money that it cost to stay there
The building is in a great location, the overall hotel is nice. Service was ok, nice people. The cards didn't work for the room so we had to go back and wait in line again. People were nice about it but it was a bummer. Then in our room the TV would not turn off with the remote, which they fixed and were great about. The side chair had dirt and stains on the pillow and fabric. The bed itself was comfortable and I appreciate the comforter being so nice. The clear sliding bathroom door is a bummer as it doesn't mask any sound or block light if someone uses the bathroom at night but not a deal-breaker. Overall, I expect more from a Marriott hotel but I know it's tough these days. It wasn't the worst, it was acceptable. I just expected more for the price and the brand.
Improved cleanliness of room fabrics, working technology would be helpful. Less long lines on check-in and wipes in the gym. These are details, again, nice hotel, not a bad place. Just not what I'd expect for their flagship hotel line.

I loved the Burlington Marriott! If it wasn’t so far away I’d book another stay! Chopps restaurant, yum! Thank Mr William for retrieving my cell phone that I dropped behind the dresser. Staff was pleasant throughout!
The room is very clean and the bed and pillows are really comfortable.
The outdoor pool needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

The room smelled like stale smoke. Contacted front desk nothing was done. Had a random stranger knock on the door to see if I just checked in. Called front desk again/they said they never do that!! Very scary! I couldn’t sleep all night. It was weird!!

This may seem trivial but I am from Bermuda and the hotwl acconodates a lot of Bermudians who are in the area for medical reasons. But there is no way to make a telephone call to Bermuda. The Front Desk staff were very helpful and went above biard to try amd assist and was calling other staff to tryand get assistance but it just wasn't working. On my return to Bermuda, I was surprised to find virtually everyone I spoke to said they had the same experience. I have been using this hotel for many years and hace made calls before so I knoe it is possible. I am sure it's an easy fix but it needs to be done. Fortunately one of the staff allowed me to use their phone for a 3 minute emergency call and I gave them a $100 tip. Will be returning next month, so hopefully, this issue is addressed
