Front desk staff were not communicative, never smiled, didn't greet us. Gave us a room with a broken lock. Didn't offer to help move us to another room.

Overall very good with some less than good areas.
Pros:

Very clean. Felt safe, even returning in the early am

Cons:

Bolt lock broken or disabled, very disturbing. Very poor lighting in bathroom. Soft lighting is great for bedroom but terrible for the bathroom. Most staff were lovely but a one late evening staff was quite abrupt.
