Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.

Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets weighing up to 6 kg. Pets are not permitted in the restaurants.

Disgusting
Pros:

The property is dated, poorly run and dirty.

Cons:

The hygiene is a major issue. I have photoed the room and the hotel.

Cons:

A fuir, personnel désagréable et pas du tout serviable, la salle de bain est pleine de moisissure et ce qu’ils osent appeler « piscine » sur le balcon fait un bruit terrible qui empêche de dormir. A plus de 300€ la nuit c’est inacceptable

Management de l'hotel a revoir
Pros:

La piscine extérieure et le petit déjeuner qui ne sont pas mal. Le personnel est différent selon les jours mais plutôt serviable dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Le spa aussi propre qu'une station service et dans les chambres, dans la salle de bains , sous les lits, ce n'est vraiment pas propre. Pas même le minimum. L'exploitant cherche a mettre le minimum d'effort et de personnel pour maximiser les profits au détriment du service et la clientèle. Dans la piscine du spa, en regardant l'eau j'avais peur de tremper un orteil. c'est inadmissible. Temps s’attende trop long à la réception.

Локация близко к центру, на машине 7 мин.
Рядом сзади отеля вкуснейший завтрак и кофе NAIF, лучше чем в отеле.

Cons:

Отель староват. Завтрак так себе, для меня был безвкусным. Цена, но мы были в дни загруженность Афин была высокой.
