Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.

Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

the bathroom facilities and the room were dated and not very clean - the rooms and bathrooms need renovation to be in line with a 5 star rating. Our room was overlooking the road which was both dusty and noisy

Wonderful place to stay when you visit Athens!
Pros:

Overall very satisfied. Amazing staff, they make sure you enjoy your stay. We visited during Easter week and stayed over the Easter weekend and I can tell you that it was further enhanced our experience in this hotel. Breakfast at the roof while looking at Pantheon fantastic. Also, location is gold because we walked everywhere except the port which you need to take a taxi or something else. Overall highly recommended!

Cons:

Do not take a taxi from the hotel, they charge you double! just walk a little there is bus stop like 1min away and you can take a taxi from there which will be no extra cost. To my understanding taxi driver has to pay to the hotel so they literally charge you double which is unacceptable.

La instalaciones muy bien, ubicación y desayuno fantástico. Lindas vistas a la ciudad y monumentos desde la terraza. Piscinas perfectas para un dia de relajo.

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel a las 22:30 hrs aproximadamente después de un largo viaje por lo que queríamos comer. No había restaurante abierto en el hotel y se nos indica que la recepción nos puede ayudar a pedir comida a algún restaurante local o room service. Decidimos pedir room service y solo había 3 opciones dos de ellas ensaladas de muy baja calidad. Habitación con vista a la calle con bastante ruido ya que la ventana no cerraba herméticamente bien. Muy bajo lo esperado para un hotel de ésta categoría.

5 gün konaklamama rağmen house keeping yatağımın çarşaflarını hiç değiştirmedi. Mini barda çay fincanı ve çay yoktu. Acropolis biletimi masanın üzerine koymuştum. Boş çay poşetleri masada dururken onları atmak yerine müze biletimi çöpe atmıştı. Gece elektrik sorunu oldu. Saat 2 ila 5 arası odanın ışıkları kendi kendine yanıp sönmeye başladı. Elektrik sorununa bağlı olarak telefon da çalışmadığı için resepsiyona gidip konuştum. Sorunun ne zaman düzeleceğini bilmediklerini söylediler. 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre çok amatör
