Enjoyed the stay..no dislikes.

Siamo una famiglia con 2 figli e ci hanno dato due camere a 3 piani di distanza: è stato veramente disagevole, abbiamo dovuto fare continuamente su e giù con gli ascensori ( dove le attese sono lunghe…), pessima organizzazione. Personale al desk sotto organico o forse mal organizzato, pur essendo estremamente gentili non possono evitare le lunghissime attese per i check in o per chiedere informazioni (potrebbero fare due file diverse ad esempio dividendo check in da chi ha altre necessità). Una sola bottiglietta di acqua naturale a testa in camera ci è sembrato un po’ misero… Lounge deludente (avevamo camere Club, con sovrapprezzo) in posizione sacrificata, sul mezzanino,solitamente le Lounge sono luoghi esclusivi in posizioni con vista/panorama, l’offerta di cibo purtroppo scarsa e senza variazioni in più giorni, ambiente peraltro molto piacevole e pulito. Piscine stupende ma con posti che rimangono occupati dal mattino presto a sera da persone che poi vanno via , questo ci ha impedito per 2 giorni di usufruirne…bisognerebbe avere maggiore controllo sull’occupazione dei lettini…

Le restaurant qui prend la dernière commande à 22h30, et lorsque la réception nous dit 22h35 c’est bon aussi, on réalise qui finalement ce n’est pas bon. Nous n’avons pas pu commander à manger a 5 minutes près, sans pouvoir négocier quoique ce soit.
Aussi, le mini bar n’avait pas été nettoyé car nous avions des restes de nourriture des précédents clients.
Tout cela n’est pas à la hauteur du standing que l’hôtel veut donner.

The hotel itself looks nice, but unfortunately, we experienced several problems during our stay.

Firstly, the room was not up to the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. The room door was rubbing against the floor and getting stuck, which made it difficult to open and close every time.

When we wanted to iron our clothes, we found that the ironing board was in terrible condition. We also had two rooms, and the safe in the other room was not working.

However, the main problem we faced was during check-out. One day before our departure, we approached the reception and informed them that we had a flight the following morning. We requested 2 regular and 2 vegan breakfast boxes, and I specifically emphasized several times that we needed 2 vegan boxes.

Unfortunately, in the morning, we were told that they had prepared only one vegan breakfast box. Moreover, the sandwich in it contained only bread and one thin slice of cheese, which was far below what we would expect from a 5-star hotel, especially for a vegan breakfast.

During check-out, we were also informed that €49 had been charged from our deposit for bar usage. However, we had not used anything from the bar. Fortunately, the receptionist checked the system and immediately corrected the mistake.

Overall, although the hotel itself looks nice, these issues significantly affected our experience and are not what we would expect from a 5-star property.

I just wanted to say that I am very disappointed with the service at the hotel and with the staff at the reception. They were extremely unfriendly, and the hotel has some of its own rules that are not mentioned on Booking.com. For example, they require a deposit, even though this is not stated anywhere on Booking.com.
The hotel itself is fantastic — very clean, the pools are great, and everything else is excellent. However, the service and the attitude of the reception staff were very disappointing.

I would have loved to give the stay a higher score, as overall I had a very positive experience, but there were a few things that disappointed me.

While the service was generally very good, there were occasional instances where some team members seemed a little apathetic or not particularly willing to assist, which stood out against the otherwise great service. There were also frequently very long queues at reception, making it difficult to speak with someone when assistance was needed.

In the room, the rain shower was damaged and could have been better maintained.

Additionally, there was an incident where someone entered my room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was switched on while I was in an important business meeting, which was very disappointing and concerning.

Finally, while I appreciated that there was a designated adults-only pool, this did not seem to be actively monitored or enforced. On several occasions, children were using the pool without staff asking them to leave, which somewhat defeats the purpose of having a dedicated adults-only area.

These were relatively small issues in an otherwise very enjoyable stay, but addressing them would have made the overall experience even better.

Reception was badly organised whole hotel was chaotic the people did know what they where doing got moved to room after paying for a suit and no refund absolutely disgraceful

Se proprio vogliamo cercare una pecca, si dovrebbe evitare l'ingresso ai bambini nella piscina del rooftop...sono veramente chiassosi e maleducati e impediscono di godersi appieno l'atmosfera rilassante...i genitori dovrebbero lasciarli nella piscina al primo piano, è impensabile che arrivino addirittura con i gonfiabili per farli giocare...bisognerebbe far rispettare la regola, che già esiste

Staff were completely incompetent. Waited 45 minutes to check in. I then went to my room which was supposed to be set up for my honeymoon. Nothing was done after asking them weeks in advance. I then waited 2 hours for them to bring my luggage up from reception. I had to then go downstairs myself to collect it. Keep in mind I kept calling every 15 minutes to ask, and they said the bags were on the way. Extremely frustrating. All in all, would not recommend.
