Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.

Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets weighing up to 6 kg. Pets are not permitted in the restaurants.

Hotel carino, peccato per lo staff che non ti da la giusta considerazione rapportata al costo. Ad esclusione dello staff dedicato alla colazione che si è comportato in maniera accogliente e gentile.

Cons:

Staff scostante, non tutti devo dire, ma sembra di dare fastidio a partire dal check in, costo elevato per i servizi presenti... bella la vista dalla piscina ma posizione pessima e difficoltà di parcheggio. In generale troppa confusione... Letti duri da mal di schiena assicurato.

Rooms good and pool amazing but let down in some areas by service and poor management.

Roof top pool lovely with great views

Cons:

Very long wait for check in - 45 mins of hot frustrated tourists with no queue order and no clear directions. Very slow lift service. They did not register that we had breakfast included and at breakfast told my child they needed to pay which made the anxious teen not enjoy her breakfast. Communal areas needed a vacuum.

Comfortable but busy hotel on a big highway — not much charm, but a great pool and spacious room.
Pros:

Beautiful pool with incredible view of the acropolis. Staff was very friendly but overwhelmed.

Spacious rooms and excellent rooftop pool area.
Pros:

Only a very quick 1 night stay but loved the rooftop pool and had an excellent dinner in the restaurant.

Cons:

Needs a cosmetic refresh. In need of a fresh coat of paint throughout the hallways at least in the areas I walked through. Lifts also need a facelift.

Cons:

Personeel, sommige waren vriendelijk maar dat waren de uitzonderingen. De algemene indruk waren heel veel rondlopende medewerkers die druk deden maar ondertussen de klanten lieten wachten. De steeds enorme wachttijden aan de balie, het restaurant enzovoort zijn ongezien en een vijfsterrenhotel onwaardig!
