Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.

Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets weighing up to 6 kg. Pets are not permitted in the restaurants.

Η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ καλή . Το προσωπικό έχει διάθεση να βοηθήσει και να εξυπηρετήσει άλλα εγώ εξέλαβα πως δυστυχώς δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι λόγω των περιορισμών που επιβάλλει η διοίκηση. Αυτό τουλάχιστον μας μεταφέραν : θέλουμε να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε , έχετε δίκιο ΑΛΛΑ αυτοί είναι οι κανονισμοί της διοίκησης .

Cons:

Έκλεισα Corner Suite στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, γνωρίζοντας πολύ καλά τι σημαίνει αυτή η κατηγορία, καθώς έχω μείνει ξανά σε αντίστοιχο δωμάτιο εδώ. Οι φωτογραφίες στην κράτηση ήταν σαφείς και αντιπροσωπευτικές.
Το δωμάτιο που μου δόθηκε, όμως, δεν είχε καμία σχέση με αυτό που παρουσιάζεται ως Corner Suite. Διαφορετική διαρρύθμιση, διαφορετική αισθητική, συνολικά μια κατώτερη εμπειρία από αυτή που πλήρωσα.
Ζήτησα αλλαγή δωματίου, επισημαίνοντας ότι πρόκειται για διαφορετικό τύπο από αυτόν που επέλεξα. Ο υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε με τις αποσκευές ήταν εξαιρετικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει, όμως η απάντηση από τη διοίκηση ήταν πως δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα αλλαγής για τη συγκεκριμένη βραδιά.
Οταν ένας πελάτης επιλέγει και πληρώνει για συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο, είναι αυτονόητο ότι περιμένει να λάβει αυτό ακριβώς — όχι κάτι διαφορετικό. όποιος ενδιαφέρεται λοιπόν να κλείσει δωμάτιο να ξέρει ότι η κατηγορία δωματίου που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες εδώ στην booking δεν είναι απαραίτητα αυτή που θα λάβει στην πράξη.

Location! Difficult to get to town centre/Syntagma square without taxi. Nearest Metro stop is 15 mins (fast) walk.

Great hotel but book at least 3 nights to enjoy the full experience

We loved - the infinity pool, looking out towards the Acropolis mount. The breakfast! Seriously, so good. Great choices for everyone, they even had a choice of non-dairy milk so in short, huge choice and caters for all diets. The staff were very pleasant; we were able to check in slightly early and Giorgios at breakfast was very helpful

Cons:

The hotel was great; this isn't a particular criticism as it's more to do with location. It is approximately 10 mins walk to the nearest subway stop. You are on the main road; but given the size of hotel, it would need a big location and this road has several. So just bear in mind, if you have a hire car, good. Taxis are available but if walking, don't take loads of stuff as you'll be going 10 mins to reach the subway. The hotel itself had no negatives
