Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.

Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

Cons:

I cam there before and everytime u are waiting at the reception to checkin and out. This time 17 people was before me. May be better to arrange this issue

The hotel was ok for a business trip, though I would be looking for something more on a private trip
Pros:

The hotel in general was well used. Nothing particularly wrong, just not a high end feel to it.
The reception was understaffed and the staffing of other areas (breakfast & meeting rooms) was quite chaotic.

Cons:

Reasonable location for business. And a nice view from the roof.
The bedroom and bed was comfortable, especially once I had figured out the airco (opening the window was too noisy with the busy road outside.

The Hotel with Acropolis
Pros:

This is an good hotel in Athens. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop is impressive both of day and night. I was able to relax my tired body at the gym and swimming pool located in the basement. The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. Thanks to this, my trip to Athens was comfortable.

Cons:

It was disappointed that the rooftop pool wasn't open because it was winter.

Pros:

Breakfast was incredible, so many options and attentive servers bringing drinks.
The bed was big and comfy.
24/7 gym and spa open late with no reservation required to use the pool.
Room was quiet.

Cons:

The gym was really small for a hotel so big.
It took 20+ minutes in line to be able to check-in.
There seem to be big conferences at the hotel - perhaps you can alert the non-conference guests about their schedule so we can avoid breakfast at the same time as them for example or times with heavy elevator traffic.
The location doesn't really make sense, it's on a highway outside of Athens.

👉 cleanliness (Windows curtains bathroom) , friendliness of the main breakfast staff, and repairing the sauna or informing guests that it is not working
The curtain on the room were dirty and the cleaning Woman forgot to empty the trash the first day.
The Sauna doesnt work and we regret not having been informed !
A staff member from the breakfast service was extremely rude
