Pros:

This is our go to hotel when we come to Boston. Views from the corner king high floor are extraordinary. They even gave us free passes to the top of the Pru.

The location was perfect, and the hotel was very clean.

There was a plumbing pipe that was noisy a couple of nights. The bed and pillows were not super comfortable.

It’s a limited service hotel that charges $800+/night. Asked to have some utensils brought to my room, front desk said only way to get is to come to front desk. Evidently understaffed and zero interest in offering hospitality. Bed was sloppily made.
