Great location, nice facilities, helpful staff.
Pros:

Clean rooms, club lounge was nice and well stocked. Central location to trains and shopping. The courtesy laundry room was very helpful.

Cons:

After checkout I found a FedEx charge posted to my room. The first front desk agent told me to talk to FedEx. The FedEx agent told me to talk to the front desk. It should have been easy to verify that I didn’t send or receive a package. That was the only hiccup. In the end someone resolved it so I will monitor my charge for that credit.

I was double charged :( I still haven’t been reimbursed. I spoke with the manager and she said she would expedite it . I have bounced a few checks because of this . I am a single mom and this really had a negative impact on my finances. I realize it was a mistake but it cost me an extra 150 dollars . I absolutely loved everything else about the hotel . Just had a very bad taste in my mouth from
