Relax and Enjoy!
Pros:

Had an excellent stay at the Marriott Copley Place. The room was spacious with fantastic city views, which made it a great place to unwind after a busy convention. Despite being located near the elevators, it was impressively quiet throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience—I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The pillows could use a little more support. I had to use three of the four provided to get enough lumbar support. Other than that, great hotel.

Always satisfying/always feel cared for
Pros:

Convenient, everything you could need or want is on the property (restaurants, shopping, entertainment). Don’t ever have to go outside if one doesn’t choose to. Excellent customer service

Cons:

Not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels, toiletries bags.

Great location, nice facilities, helpful staff.
Pros:

Clean rooms, club lounge was nice and well stocked. Central location to trains and shopping. The courtesy laundry room was very helpful.

Cons:

After checkout I found a FedEx charge posted to my room. The first front desk agent told me to talk to FedEx. The FedEx agent told me to talk to the front desk. It should have been easy to verify that I didn’t send or receive a package. That was the only hiccup. In the end someone resolved it so I will monitor my charge for that credit.
